One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. If it were not for the owner and slightly the manager I would have given 1 star. I dealt with the agent Angelica. Upon our first couple conversations, she was helpful and always answered the phone. After I paid, it was very difficult to get ahold of her. She would text me back only after hours and never call me back. It was just a very unpleasant process overall.She kept stating different amounts that were owed and it just adds on top of stress, especially when you need to get this done as quickly as possible. I finally got a chance to speak with the manager and I feel he could have addressed the situation better. He was helpful at first but kept referring me back to Angelica. She would not answer my calls or text, even though she was online.Even after I received my visa she continued to harass me telling me that my account was not settled. I called the manager once more and alhumduallah the owner answered. I explained to him the situation and he was very helpful. He told me that everything was good and I thank you sir for your assistance.However, I must give this 2 stars because it was a very troubling and stressful experience. The customer should not have to chase an employee for updates and the amount of money owed should not increase for a customer due to the mistake of an employee. I have all the messages if the owner would like to reach out to me and see how his employee is treating customers.I recently had to get another visa and was hesitant trying a new company based on the experience I had with Only Tourism. Luckily, they were extremely helpful and the rep was always available to take my calls and messaged me back immediately. The price never changed and I am so happy to have found them. I see many positive reviews here about a Eunice and maybe if I talked with her I would have had a better experience.Again, thank you to the owner for being so helpful. You are truly a great person and I do not want this review to affect you negatively in anyway. I just had an extremely bad experience with your sales rep Angelica and I have the messages saved of you want to see it.But still, they did do everything they said they would.
