I urge you not to use Dusk Tourism LLC for any of your visa processing.All Sales agents and so called supervisors are all unprofessional and not serious.Irresponsible attitude, poor customer relations and poor quality of service.I strongly urge you not to use this company, they will lie to you and push you to a stressful situation that recovering from that, may cause you damages.Greed, lies and cheating are the sort of Services they render to the society.Dusk Tourism LLC kindly change the strategical way you use to approach the market.

Very slow response regarding to the refunds of ticketsI’m never buy again tickets here.. one years follow up the refunds until now not yet done!!!

Please be aware....They r FRAUD and taking money without any assurance and reply back.There admin Waleed will grab it attention by false hopes and eventually they will block and would never entertain your calls.They took 2100Dirham from me and still now in didnt get neither visa nor money refund.They r just brokers doing Fraud with many.. I still have proofs and will expose them in court of law..Please be aware of them..Im victim of there false hopes Fraud on the name of visa.Liars will Burn in Hell....

The stupid thing I have done after coming to Dubai is booking for a Visa Change from this place. Horrible Service, liars and unprofessional people specially manger Ali and sales representative Waleed. These guys are cheaters. Waste of time & money. Never ever trust them.

I’ve a 5 star experience with dusk tourism processing the visa of a Sierra Leone staff of mine, visa expenses was comparatively much cheaper and processed time was also remarkable.A heart full thanks to Mr. Walid especially.

It is one of the worst and pathetic service company, they will provide you with a false information and collect the money with you. By far the worst travels, a nightmare to oman for a visa change.A person called Ali(Manager) and waleed(sales representative) is cheater and shameless never trust them.

Pathetic service,Used them for visa change and travelled to oman on bus on their recommendation, experienced one hell of a time1)They are not the main agents they make your visa through some other travel agent and rip you off your money2)Visa arrived after 3 days in oman.When contacted the manager(Ali) and the sales person (Waleed) they put all the blame on you. No courtesy whatsoever3)They ask you extra payment after you reach oman.You have no other option as your passport is with themOnly use their service if you want to get ripped off and experience rude management behaviourThere are many travel agents in the UAE with better services and lower prices

If you want to have bad experience in travelling than u need to deal with them, manager Ali and waaleed will blame yourself for any inconvenient and they will convince you by telling everything will comes under package but after i visit oman for visa change i have paid extra for many things from my pocket, waste of time waste of money.
