It was really a nice trip. The camp setup was great. Drivers were very helpful and polite, especially Ahmad. Food was 8/10. Entertainment was 9/10. We had the premium package which is the highest rate.There were a camel ride, falcon experience, quad bikes and many more.For the price paid, its worthy.
Fun activities and desert safari experience! The SUV used was very comfortable and the driver shared enough information to personalize our experience. My family and I enjoyed the dune rides, camel rides, dune buggy and atv rides. This was all before the evening show of with dinner. The meals where just manageable but for this kind of activity you go for the experience and not the food.
Best experience Ive had 8n a long time.. wow! From Quad biking to Camel to Cruiser cars etc were all amazing and fun. Moments Ill never forget in my life. Every penny spent was worth it and highly recommend it. Guides were very friendly and made the whole experience great. Would visit again by all means ππΎ
An organised and well established tourism company in Dubai. They handled all our experience so perfectly. Their guides and drivers are so helpful and friendly, always made sure we are well informed on activities and shared Dubai history and future plans in details. The Desert safari ride was superb and thrilling. You should try the dune ride and camel ride when you visit. Also the quad biking is a dope one . Safari was well organized. The artiste that performed ag the camp were equally top notch.
We had Premium and in this package we had unlimited soft drinks, tea and water, and the food its better then Standard package, but most of all...i liked the driver, named Yousuf (the one), which is the best safari driver i ever know! He likes to play(drifting) with the car in desert, I had an amazing experince with him! Next time, for sure ill chose him to be the driver! If you chose him as driver, you wont regret it!
We booked the premium package and were not disappointed. Our driver and guide was Ghaffar who did an excellent job. He showed us many places in Dubai on the way and answered all our questions. We felt comfortable with him in the car at all times and the Dune bashing was just awesome. The whole trip was relaxed and there was plenty of time to take photos, ride the camels etc. Also the buffet offered delicious food and was very nicely arranged. All in all, we can recommend this tour to anyone coming to Dubai. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

Itβs for the 4 th time Iβm going for desert safari and my second experience with Raina. It was a nice experience. The desert drive was thrilling. The entertainment in the desert camp was great. The artists are skilled and trained. They took the audience with their skills. The food was average but improved much. Fire dance and belly dance π were beautiful.
Very nice company very good staff very big camp they have a lot of facilities inside the camp bar is there are there is the Nora show there is fire show there is a belly dancing and what ever you can expect about in the desert in the middle of the desert. Delicious barbecue dinner different salads and refreshments provided all the time.

Good tour operator. They make sure to have you on time and are very polite. The fact that they had so many staff from Kerala was even more helpful for me. Everything was well arranged. It is not guhgely expensive but the only let down was the food. Not bad at all but it could be improved a little more and I will rate these guys as 5 star. Still their packages and services are wonderful.

We were told by a business contact to do a desert safari and our hotel booked us with Rayna desert tours. We did the morning option and Noorudheen was our driver. He was awesome and drove the sand dunes like a professional. Itβs something you have to do if youβre in the area. The morning option took about 4.5 hours with travel to the desert. The camel ride was fantastic too.

Pickup could have been an hour later, a long wait before entertainment started. Good value considering camel rides and refreshments were included for 200 Dirham per person. Good range of soft drinks on offer, ice cold. Some sales people offering sand art and photographs. These are easily avoided if you have no interest. Big salad selection. Queues went down quite quickly compared to a previous visit. They cut some acts short due to time constraints which was quite sudden, entertainers were noticeably upset about being kicked off stage, however the entertainment was very good despite this.
I had a wonderful time on the Desert Safari. Our driver Muhammad was very knowledgeable and fun. I would recommend this company for a really memorable trip.
I had a wild ride in the car to the desert. There was bike and camel rides. Then we had evening entertainment. Buffet dinner was provided. Very enjoyable. The desert gets cold at night though. Evening entertainment was belly dancing and more dancing. But it was fun on the whole

Desert safari was a great experience. Dune bashing was really exciting. Overall the show was good. The arrangement still required lots of improvement. Especially the food. Food was testless. Really apple can be in dessert? The shows were main attraction. Especially the fire dance! That was amazing. Overall a good experience. Can be considered for a travel destinations.

Very good afternoon and evening out. The authentic thing is to sit on a cushion on the floor but if you are old like me it is well worth paying 100 AED more to have a table and chair and waiter service. More food than I could possibly eat and a good variety. Good show: an amazing, spinning man, a fire juggler, and a slim belly dancer. The drive across the desert was interesting and a short ride on a camel in a camel train of four is included.
Food was fine, however the plates could have been cleaner.
If you want to enjoy the safari, sit on the front seat . And after safari, dance, fire play and bellydance is also a good show to watch. And in free time you can also ride motor bikes in sand
The tour is well organised. Once riding in car with less air in tires going through desert we can have a dangerous risk feels like a small boat in storm ocean. We can ride camels, sand riding motobike, eat delicious dishes in the camp, enjoy evening festival with many wonderful artists: belly dance, fire dance,...
A wonderful experience, all staff and guests are very welcoming and very efficient. Large numbers of people yet a relaxed atmosphere. Alcohol is prohibited from being brought in, however there is a bar inside. Food is excellent (all local traditional). For the kids there re quad bikes, camel rides, horses, hena tattoos and more. Pictures can be taken in traditional Arab clothing. The desert sefari is safe and very exciting. Toyota land cruisers with roll bars are used for this. Curio shops clean toilets as well as live entertainment are all on site.
Rayna is our tour operator in Dubai.The safari started with sand dunes bashing. That is one exiting trip. After sand dunes bashing , you can spend the time at their desert camp.They serve you Arabic coffee with dates. They also serve you normal coffee , tea , carbonated drinks. Alcohol is available at a little extra cost.They also provide henna , and Arabic costumes for photography.I suggest you opt for VIP class , where they will serve you dinner instead of buffet. During dinner , they will be traditional performances on stage, which people will enjoy.

Really amazing place. Must try their shisha. Its one of its kind. The food was extraordinary. And they offer free camel ride, sandboarding, non alcoholic beverages, snacks, and many more things.

It was excellent experience of professional services by Rayna with the beauty of desert ride and all events arranged in the evening. Desert ride by driver Izhar Khan was amazing. ATV ride, camel ride, free - tea, coffee, soft drinks, sheshha, henna and delicious vegetarian buffet was yummy nice experience. There were three types of dances.. Lighter outfit male dance, fire male dance and belly dance by sexy lady. All three were thrilling. In total, it was amazing fun and worth spending. Thanks to Rayna and my travel agent Esha Travels Pune who arranged it.
1 hour before pickup time they texted saying pickup time has been moved from 14:30 to 15:30. Driver came around 15:35, off we went around to different hotel for other passengers. Once all of us in car he started playing loud Punjabi music (because he mentioned what music was that), all of us had to request him to put the volume down time and time again. His driving was very aggressive, I didnt feel safe at all. He took us around 50 Km outside Dubai to place where you can hire camel and quad bike(extra charge). After that he took us for 20 mins dune ride which was fun, he gave us time to take few pictures. After that he took us to the camp where around 500 people were gathered. Sitting area around and stage in the middle. They have bar, souvenirs etc. Just be aware that food is first come first serve, it was chaos. I felt like we are refugees camp, running for starters and main courses, long queue for food. It wasnt nicely organized. Management werent nice to people.Some people didnt even get chance to try few items. Food tasted fairly good, which were mostly Indian dishes.Highlights of the trip were the evening shows for me. Fire show, belly dance were really good.We were back to hotel by 20:30.Overall this tour from this company was ok, but not good. Every time we were rushed, loud music on a car, aggressive driving and chaotic camp time.

Amazing experience every single time Iβve been to the desert safari but the one with Ratna tours was exceptional β€οΈ this is a must-do, especially if youβre a tourist. I donβt have a picture of how it is in the car because the experience is more important than the pictures and videos

Desert safari by 4x4 was the main adventure of this safari.All the dance was good. Management was good.But food was not up to the mark. Please upgrade the quality of food and keep spoons and bouls if needed by customer.
Very nice and cheap if compared to the same service in other countries. Mohamed, was my driver, he picked me from my hotel and brought me back safely. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the experience.
This tour was arranged by my cousin who run a business in Dubai. Our tour guide picked us up from our hotel in the late afternoon and after a long drive reached the outskirts of the city as the Sun was setting our driver took us over and around the sand dunes a few times and had a few screams as the driver tried to show his skills but wasnt impressing. After the Sand Safari went to the compound arranged by the tour company where saw some intertainment such as fire eating and some belly dancing, had some food which was provided free of charge. Left the place about 8:00/8:30 in the evening. Overall the trip was OK but not exceptional.

Tour was good, however guide didnt talk to us at all or provide much info about your or UAE. This tour is good as a cheap tour option, and same as all the others...if you want some thing unique try Platinum heritage tours!

Be sure to ask for Crazy Ali as the driver. Best desert Safari experience with optional dune buggy ride which cost DHM 120. I think not worth it. We ride very high dunes with Ali and exceptional driving skills π. Be sure you dont eat any milk based food as you may throw out. Best seat is the front seat next to driver if you can handle it.Dinner at the tent is good but dont be fooled by the buffet . You only have time for 1 helping as the buffet only opens at 700 pm and the last show follows immediately after that . You dont want to miss the belly dancing performance.Dont book the tour at the hotel as you have to pay 250 DHM. We paid 160 DHM at the travel agent .

I cannot say enough good things about this tour. It was fun from beginning to end.The highlight of it all was the wild dune buggy rΓde thru the desert twisty mountains of sand. Our driver was so much fun, handling those curves like a pro, playing great music. The pictures you can take there are breathtaking!After the quads, dune buggy rΓde and camel rΓde, we settled in for a dinner and performances in a camp im the middle of the desert. It was a great day! I highly recommend this tour.

Such an amazing experience! If you do one thing in Dubai this should be it.I opted in to the morning desert Safari which was just the dune bashing and quad bikes for an extra charge. I got the 300cc ones which was well worth it.We got picked up from the hotel and drove to the desert with one stop to do some maintenance on the car and try to sell us souvineers. Merchants werent pushy that day but heard others were. What was really cool is that the driver gave away bottles of water to a lot of people walking or working outside on the way to the desert.The dune bashing was fun. Was scary and exciting at the same time. Lots of drifting where it seemed the car would topple.The quads were much more fun since we had control. The guide took us out and kept up a pretty fast pace. Spent about half an hour on the quads. Id definitely suggest it over the dune buggies.Would for sure do this again.
The best part was the drive in th sand dunes, the driver was fantastic, however, it took 90 minutes to get to the sand dunes with 7 people (including the driver) all in 1 car so was a little cramped. If you are unlucky to be sitting in the rear 2 seats then it will be very uncomfortable, particularly if you are tall. Once we arrived at base camp in the evening, the entertainment was appalling, just 3 acts, a spinning man who just kept spinning, the 2nd act was spinning flames on sticks then finally the last act was the belly dancer. The food was even worse, starters were limited, just 3 pieces of savoury snacks, mains were in my view, inedible, pasta was cold, chickpea curry was awful, being a vegetarian I did not try the meet but my mate left that too as it tasted disgusting and he is not one to leave any food. As soon as the last act finished, an announcement was made for everyone to leave, not even a thank you for coming, hope you enjoyed the evening etc but just basically youve had your food now go. There were a few complaints too as not everyone knew starters were being served as no announcement was made so some people missed out. If you were one of the unfortunate ones to have paid for VIP tickets then you would have been more disappointed by sitting on odd sofas that what had appeared to have been thrown out by someone who no longer had any use for them with a coffee table to place your food or drink - not worth the extra in my view but then again, I dont think what I had paid was worth it either!
Great experience overall. The customer service was first class and it is not true they are trying to rip you off!
