I would give 5 stars for this company.. the ticket for Dubai parks was ready within 2 minutes after payment was done .. the price was perfect better than and any where else.. and it was easy to enter the gate we just scan and enter the park directly.

The staff was very professional and responsive. They communicated with nre right after I purchased the tickets and they send them to my e-mail is less than 5 minutes. The discount they offered was also very significant. They are an example of how companies working on this field should be.

I have purchased tickets for IMG world online and accidentally I purchased an extra ticket.I contacted the company immediately on the phone no. Listed in the email and advised them of the situation which they seemed to be cooperate initially then they started to play games as they will not refund the full amount for cancellation which they didnt purchase the tickets yet as per there email giving silly excuses like they paid the taxes , other fees and operating cost of there website... etc.It was nothing but bargaining then they advised me that the manager will call me back in few minutes which never didnt happen then I called back twice and I got the same answer and no call back after 3 hours, the third time I advised there representative whom happened to be the same person on previous phone calls that I will be writing a review on the way there business is running and how poor there customer service and then suddenly he was offering me a full refund and to email my tickets, at that point I lost my patience and I was interested in just getting my tickets (including the one purchased by error which I will give away at the door for free as a donation).They are very unprofessional unhelpful firm, they are running there business with an extremely shortsighted mentality.

Haider tourism llc/ dubai555 is a scam company who will take your money, sell you fake tickets and never make a refund. I booked tickets for aquaventure waterpark on 2nd jan 2019 and they sold me fake tickets which did not work. Its been close to one month and no refund was made and when i followed up I was threatened by Mr ahmad that they will not refund since i have posted bad reviews about their service. They will offer you discounts and attract you to dupe you. Once you are caught in their net your hard earned money and family holiday will go to the gutter. DONT EVER FALL IN THEIR TRAP AND THEY HAVE A DUBAI 555 WEB SITE TO CHEAT PEOPLE AS WELLBE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY. I have made a complaint to consumer protection court and they are looking to take action

Today we had booked Desert Safari from Haider tourism . While going 1 Driver picked up and After the Show another driver came. After 5Mins he was not ready to Take us back because Haider tourism has not Paid him last dues. After the show sand storm started and Rain started. We 6 People stucked there and Driver left us . As the Strom stopped the Owner of the camp got news that 6 People are stucked . He Helped us. And bought the Driver back. We reached hotel at 10.p.m. Plz dont book any activity with Haider tourism. They take money and dont give reply. Each and every time when u chat in whats app other guy talks to u. Haider tourism has changed his office. Now they have proper office also. So Plz if anyone wants to Visit Dubai. Avoid Haider Tourism.
