Booked them after searching online for Dubai desert safari. In the beginning experience wasnt great as our pickup time was changed multiple times. We decided to call it a day when driver arrived 2 hours late, an hour before sunset. He promised that well be able to enjoy the safari and everything including despite very little sunlight remaining. Our guide Waseem was great company during our trip.Trusted the guy and he kept his promise. We enjoyed thoroughly the whole safari experience. The service was great throughout.

Boat was fine , food was way too below standard and it was not buffet photographer dont knw how to take photos in the dark and only pushing to buy photos , we got squash with water 90% in it and pepsi one glass when asked for one more they say sorry finished food also not refilled certainly a no no

Tour agency was responsive and pick up / drop off were arranged as agreed upon. Our driver was attentive and careful, we liked the desert and dune bashing. Overall, everything related to the tour company was 5 stars. I didnt quite like the desert camp we went to though, the food was good but rest of the amenities and the show were just fine (thats my subjective view, I havent been to other desert camps so cant compare really). So thats -1 star for me for a total of 4.

Be carefull with this company!Especially if they want cash only.Not at all what the advertise online:-very moody driver that rarely talks.-land cruiser, but very old and damaged one.-only 10min dune bashing.-camelriding on a parking lot.-at the end arguments mentioning Allah... very unprofessional.Better stay away.

I Booked self drive option, from pickup point to camp less thn 10 min Desert safari driving, Reached at camp 4.30 PM, next 3 hours offered only water, no Tea/coffe and starter.Starter serving start at 7.30 PM and dinner at 8.00 PM.

We booked our safari tour last minute but the customer service was great. The tour guide was very helpful. He picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. He was also taking a bunch of videos and pictures of us. It was very pleasant spending time with them. Definitely will get in touch with him next time. P.S. the safari is a must do in Dubai

We contacted them one day prior to the day we wanted to do the desert safari. They responded immediately and accommodated everything for us. They were very attentive to all our request because we wanted to have a private excursion and spend only an hour and a half in the desert. They have respected everything arrived on time we were a little bit late but they’ve waited patiently.In the desert they took pictures of us all. It was really great the kids love the experience. Go Dubai Desert safari was good. Not to be missed experience. The guide Wasim was good, on time pick up. Everything was well planned and had good time watching the show. The food was average, but other than that the people were friendly and worth the money. Completely safe if you travel alone also.

Tour lasts about 4 hours (1 hour and 30 min to pick up and return you to hotel + 10 min of adrenalin driving by 4x4 SUV on a sand dunes + ATV driving 25 min + camel ride/ sand board 10-20 min + dinner and show around 1:30 hours).1. SUV drive on sand dunes - the good one2. ATV - you have 25 min of driving of super slow ATV’s (max speed 10-15 kmh) and you are obliged to drive it within a radius of 50 meters - recommend to organisator to change this, no thrill at all.3. If you want to ride a Camel for let’s say 5 min, you have to pay extra. It is ok experience.4. Sand board - ok for kids5. Dinner - food is ok6. Show is good

A premier thing to do or you can say the best attraction while in Dubai is the Desert Safari. This is where you’ll be catching a desert ride in a Land Cruiser also known as dune bashing safari trip.Our safari guide and driver, Hussain, was so skilled & experienced in maneuvering his car around the red sand dunes that all of us were in wonder.There was surely a lot of jumping and screaming by tourists inside the car during dune bashing but that was really fun & we took some photographs of the Dubai Desert.An authentic Arabian style dinner was served in buffets. Really dining under the stars in the middle of the Desert was a great thing to do. The food was delicious and the live shows were definitely mind-blowing. An amusing adventure for us.All tourists in the Dubai or UAE should surely try this out. It’s a once in a lifetime event. I would like to say thanks to the team of ‘Blue Planet Tourism’ for organizing this memorable trip.

Went on a half day tour to Hatta from Dubai! Enjoyed the road, the driver was very kind and attentive. Hatta Lake is beautiful, we had an hour boat ride there and then visited all the places of interest in Hatta. Highly recommend this company!

The desert safari tours had provided us with an incredible experience. Our driver and guide for the day Mr Wasim sial was extremely helpful and polite and friendly and only made our experience much more enjoyable by telling us exactly the best things about the camp. The service was prompt and the whole tour was very enjoyable, 10/10 would recommend.

Picked up 45 minutes late, changed 3 cars, only had 10 minutes on dunes. Got to the camp, couldnt choose the drinks unless paying for alcohol, was just given a soda drink at 7:30 (even though it was stated it was included from the 6:30pm food) buffet didnt start till 7pm the mains at 8pm.Ive done a few desert safaris, and this was the worse one. Also rushed at the end to leave the camp. Never done that before!

I contacted them thru WhatsApp and all their responses were in a timely manner. Professional service. Although the driver delayed to pick us up from the meet up point, everything else about the trip was smooth. The dune bashing was fun, the views were spectacular in the desert. They had a free camel ride, although the camels didnt seem too happy, I took a raincheck on that activity. The shows were well organised, the entertainment was good. The food was ample and the staff serving were very friendly and helpful.. Definitely recommend this! I enjoyed my trip thoroughly.

No value, don’t waste your time or money.Desert camp is right next to the road, you can hear the cars. Garbage everywhere super dirty. For overnight stay we received tent and sleeping bags both with broken zip. Nothing was sanitised during covid-19. Flights over the head non-stop all night long. It’s unethical to sell this type of tours to anyone.

I am in Dubai for last 8 years and every year I go for Safari. Without any doubt I can say that this time it was one of the best safari experiences. We booked the Desert safari for 25th December and we were 9 people.Every time we get picked between 3:30 to 4:00 PM but this time we were picked at 2 PM and directly went for Safari. The driver was very experienced and gave us a goosebump while driving. We did safari for almost half n hour. After that we were dropped in the camp which was neat & clean. The Quad biking was cheaper than another place too. We got sufficient time to do the Quad Biking, Camel Riding, Sand Boarding & Photoshoot.Since, it was Christmas Holiday the camp was fully packed with guests, so we decided to upgrade our sitting to VIP Area where unlimited food and beverage were served on the table. Food was OK OK.Belly Dance & Tanura dance was good like everywhere but The Fire Show was breathtaking & mesmerizing. Thank you go desert safari, blue planet & Mr. Jabir for such a memorable experience.

Everything’s really good but the extra charges for small things are not good as the charge is high compared to the quality of that thing , plus one major issue was that food was too cold . Like the bbq served was around 1-2 hours ago cooked ... apart from this , everything (transport /drivers/ cars/ facilities) was really good. Good experience.
