Good day! Your travel agency is always the best however it really saddened me with one of your agent. I think her name is Jennifer. She was very rude from the very beginning of our conversation. It is very disappointing despite of having the same nationality, I felt the rudeness and being so unprofessional when were talking about telephone etiquette. Thanks for Rida International Travel & Tourism for my dubai trip with family. I was really a well organise trip with time to time pickup n drop to sightseeing to hotel. All the arrangement for sightseeing was perfect. Every day in night i got a message for pickup time for sightseeing with drive name n mobile number which made my trip pleasant. Disgusting and the travel management was horrible !We booked a dubai tour package for 4 persons from 24th Dec 2017 - 29th Dec 2017. On the given schedule we had a inter hotel transfer on 28/12/17. so we shifted to western creek plus from novotel. We got to know that the hotel rooms were booked until 2pm on 29/12/17. And our flight is at 9pm on 29/12/17.We questioned the same with travel agent Sabina. She ignored and did not respond. Like Where should we stay after 2pm? Isnt this the travel agency’s responsibility to take care of us? And in the evening the schedule was given as the travel guy will come to us at 6-6:30 and will drop us at the airport. But that guy came to the hotel at 5:30 and called us. We said the same to him that the allotted time slot is at 6-6:30. He then said that he was informed to be there at 5:30 as he had another booking at 6:15pm. He waited for 5min and left off without informing to us.At the time of checkout the Hotel management asked us to pay 300 dhirams fine as we stayed for extra time. We then called our travel agent and she said to pay the fine as we stayed there for more time. What kind of nonsense is this? As we were hurry to board the flight we payed the fine and booked another cab as the scheduled cab driver left off.This travel agency is such a pain, gave lot of trouble.Pl make the right decision for a peaceful vacation.

The local guide Mr. Ikram was great and the driver Mr. Noushad (if im not misspelled) was awesome.. it was so nice experienced with them... thank you..
