I expected a longer distance on the creek considering the cruise time, which was advertised as 2 hours (5:00 PM to 7:00 PM) but for some unexplained reason it was 1 and a half hours only (the dhow docked at 6:30 PM). The food was ok considering the price, but hygiene standards were not good. A passenger took a piece of meat from his plate and threw it back into the chafing dish using his hands, and the servers did nothing about it. Similar thing happened with the bread. It made me feel uncomfortable. I think there needs to be a policy on smoking, as it affected my wife while on the dhow.Overall, the experience was ok, cruise started on time and the operator kept calling me just to ensure I would arrive on time. I enjoyed the on board show, very entertaining and unique, and the crew were also friendly and welcoming.

Worst experience of food... As per the package it was unlimited food but food was finished before first serving and infact I finished my dinner with rice and Dhal because nothing was left. I went they many times. but oberoi is good to go for Dinner. they have good show at dhow and good service and entainment.

Ride was good but service was poor and food was tasteless. Beautiful views of dubai creek and sunset view was awesome. The ride was for 2 hours but it started half hour late. Cold drinks, juices and tea are free. Food was tasteless. They also provide pick and drop services within Dubai.Buffet Dinner with (no) BBQ. Tanura show was good and (no) puppet show. 5:30 PM Boarding started, 6:30PM dhow started. 8:00PM dhow return back. But it is a must try for once and go after August before for pleasent weather.Charges were 45 aed for adults and children are free...

Review is for Ramee II that we boarded as Sunset Dhow cruise for AED 45 on a Tuesday.. The buffet was below average, views were nice along with cool breeze.. The Tanoura dance performed wasnt special but I would appreciate the performer as it was very difficult even though not very entertaining.. Magic show is good for kids.. This was followed by music on which you can dance and majority of the songs were Hindi.. Im rating it 3 as my mom liked it.. I would have rated 2 otherwise..

I have been to this before as well.. This time I was in cruise manaal... Not upto the mark.. Food quality bad... But over all moderately well time spend... Welcome drinks, food, bollywwod live music, two three shows... Parking is available nearby.. From October till March since weather is good... Its fine. Timing is like 8.30-10pm

Has to improve the quality of the food.

It was average ... We had booked via agent and asked for the upper seats. We reserved our seats in advance still we got seats in lower area of cruise ... they just wasted our tour 🙄

This company is just an intermediary for the cruise operators. Their information is not accurate enough. Food standards are appalling and it’s their job to tell you so. But how can they inform you if they’ve never experienced it for themselves? I’ve been on several cruises now and the cheaper ones have been best. Food is always sub-standard and rationed. Cruises are a bit boring after first few minutes and entertainment can vary from really good to really awful. It’s just a lottery.Do yourself a favor and go on a desert safari instead (weather permitting).

Highly Recommended Tour for families and friends. The online service, availability and support of the staff was unmatched. The tour itself was perfect with family and kids. The different options on the website helps everyone to select a tour according to budget. We chose the Dhow Cruise and Desert Safari package and we all simply loved it... we will come back again for sure :-)

Cruise tour was really good experience and first time comers sure experience well. Solid 2hours trip on floating water Dubai creek canal. Good and recommend but people who like food dont expect good food and food was pathetic.. all you can enjoy cruises trip on creek. No food🤝🏻😀

This is a very touristy tour, were you go along a small portion of the creek only.The food is actually quite bad and the buffet to small to cater all, meaning is is empty after half of the people served themselves.There are some tourist shows along the cruise, which are spectacular but presentation with little motivation.The price is low.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I can’t believe I paid for that. Food is disgusting and very limited to a point that a server is standing beside each item and not letting you take more than one piece of food. All tables and glasses are dirty and I almost throwed up when I visited their bathroom, roaches and mold everywhere. I was counting moments to get off of the boat! Save your money and go somewhere else.

Went on 6Nov18 as it was my wedding anniversary..(Creek)As we went to food at 9pm after starting journey on 8.30pm they were almost getting 1/4 quantity . Thought they would fill back but didnt and the taste was really bad. When i checked menu mentioned in online ,i couldnt find them in dishes which i asked one of the attender . He replied I DONNO. Really i made a wrong choice on food. Journey was ok with dance and all. But due to bad food i cant enjoy those properly.Took some photos and asked for soft copy which they said later they will send but i didnt receive. Some how i got contact and received a reply that ... Memory card got formated and they lost datas.Anyway i tried a feedback on their website. But i think since its bad review they are not even posting it. Lol....

Dhow Cruise Creek was a good experience. I tried the package of 75 AED from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM. It has the included dinner including indo-pak, Arabic and Filipino. Being Indian, I enjoyed the food taste and also observed other Filipinos and Arabs enjoying but cant assure :). As per the package definition, beverages were unlimited but to enjoy the unlimited things you need to keep asking. Water outside the boat we found very bad smelling, so chosen the ground floor of boat that was covered with glasses because of AC. AC was not sufficiently cool. Boat started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes before but I think this amount of time was enough at least for me as I had the baby crying because of temperature and no much space inside. Overall was not a bad experience and one can give a try.

Absolutely ridiculous !!! Don’t even think of using this cruise. Very limited food, unclean boats, rude staff. Complete waste of time and money. Every soul on the journey were complaining. I had read a lot of negative reviews about this company prior to booking but my mistake i thought they may have changed.

One of the best dinner dhow cruise ever in Dubai Marina, the 5 star cruise with 5 star buffet dinner, and it went till burj ul arab, wow what a good sight seeing view at night, wonderful.

The worst experience of my life, never go on this cruise. Very pathetic food, and even you will end up hungry as they dont even have food for 30% of the public.No entertainment activities, only one dance show. Was thinking when this cruise end ASAP.The stars should be in minus but google doesn’t allows😬Not recomended.

A terrific place in Dubai by the river made to remind of old times that the buildings are like dirt and stone with cracks. Everywhere there are shops with traditional items for gifts, restaurants, cafes, sweets and ice creams.

Pleasant ride ..... very friendly staff .... delicious food
