Desert Safari Dubai one of the best experiences weve had. Some of the stuffs are little clumsy but still we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend as it is more cherished with luxury twist. Thanks for making our holidays amazing.

I had the worst experience with this Company. The sales executive are extremely rude and she had started shouting at me for her mistake.Dont use their service (also Rayna tours, cause Aisha tourism is an entity of Rayna tours)Try Musafir or makemytrip. Its much better and hassle free.Issues faced-1. Payment link sent of 4,50,000 rs whereas actual amount was 22,000rs2. New updated link sent, I made the payment. Then the sales executive started blaming me only for making less payment. I clearly told her she sends the payment link, how can I have made less payment.3. Then I send her all the documents. She processes only 3 visas. And sends some random persons 4th visa saying you only sent me this. When I call to tell them this, the sales executive shouts at me that I am spoiling her day. She has just come to work. How can I tell her that she did wrong.4. Visa has spelling erros in surnames.Worst experience. Dont go through them as the entire power is with the sales executive and there is no higher authority to whom you can complain.I tried taking the contact number and email id of the senior, then the sales executive shouted at me that how can I complain.I laughed so much at their service. She had no manners to talk to the customer.

The staff lies to you. Be extremely careful. Rather use another company. There are many better ones. Not recommend. Unprofessional and dishonest company.

Instead of taking you to see the city, they take you to market to buy things , wasting others time and money

Very slow service .... They are not replying on their emails .... I asked to issue a visit visa for my friend, I sent the required papers after that all I got is silence for 3 days just to check the papers !!! Meanwhile I applied through other channels and got the visa within one day . And they are still checking my papers till this moment !!!
