I went with my 4 girls on this Yatch Breakfast and it was such an amazing experience. We received a personalized service and everything was handled in a very professional and a calming manner. The crew was very friendly and everyone was very helpful. Food, A clean cabin, nice music and amazing views. With all these we had so much fun.. The timing was perfect, even after the trip you still have the whole day left. I would definitely go for another trip.Thank you so much for an awesome experience!

Our tour starter on the Flamingo Beach Resort Um Al Queen With Private Transfer. Our guide Mond was very informative and friendly. Mond were brilliant delivering the tour in English and German. Overall a good way to see all parts of the city,

Our guide and driver for the city/desert safari was Hamid, a very experienced guide cum driver who spoke good English and ensured that we got every cent for the enjoyment we paid for. Visited sights include the Dubai Creek, Burj Al Arab and lunch in Al Iwan Restaurant which has an awesome buffet to eat.

Some decisions are really worthy i am so glad that i choose this tourism company for my special occasion!Much thanks to you, u people are really doing fantastic ☑️

Oh the excitement that we had of going on this fishing trip, after 5 month period of being stuck indoors!!!! ... This trip was such a disappointment, we were asked to be there at 5.45 am and the yacht was supposed to leave at 6am but the yacht never showed up. The agent gave us excuses and kept us waiting for 2 hours. He stopped answering our calls after that and it was such a waste of time .There should have been an option to give negetive stars!!!

The service was extremely poor as we were made to wait for around 2 hours even after the booking was confirmed. Very bad experience. These guys ruined our Eid holiday.

Not at all professional. Waqas is the arranger. Mr Sajjad is his assistant. We reached at 5.45 a.m at Pier 7 at Dubai Marina. This guy Wagas says he is calling the captain and you won’t believe with my family and friends total 14!in number we waited until 8.00 am and then finally 8.30 am he managed to get boat. For breakfast he gets the crosstaint and says breakfast is free. We got up at 4 30 reached by 5. 30am so that the boat leave by 6 am so that we have a good time and some fish. This was a total time waste. I would never suggest these guys. Never never the most horrible experience.

This is my first lengthy review ever on Google Reviews (this is purely based on the development over last few days)I seldom share my reviews on customer experience on public platform. However, I feel compelled and believe it’s right thing to do especially after viewing the well influenced and orchestrated reviews following the negative reviews shared by some users who had bad experiences during the first week of August 2020.The host can be described best as someone who over promises and under delivers.I was also the victim of this so called ‘Eid promotion’ offer.I have lived in U.A.E for over 2 decades and I got enthusiastic with the promises the host committed the night before the trip.Assembly time: 5.30 to 5.45 morning, I drove all the way from Ras Al Khaimah to Dubai for this Eid break. The yacht was supposed to leave the shore by 6 am.By 6.3am, the host kept saying just give me 10 more minutes (The ordeal kept continuing every 10 minutes for next 2 hours). He kept sharing different mobile numbers to contact and also confessed that the captain is still sleeping. (Terrible professionalism at it’s best)We were left high a dry in Dubai summer peak as he said the captain’s location was in Bur Dubai and he will make arrangements to bring him to Marina to the yacht at the earliest ... he promised we will sail by 7 a.m max (instead of 6 am as promised the previous night)After all the fiasco, we were assigned a new yacht at 8am, which left Marina at 9ish.In the extreme weather, we were asked to compromise on all the promises done the previous nightIn this weather, I have seen families on this trip who were left at the mercy of the extreme weather conditions and made to walk for hours before boarding and after deboarding.I am even flabbergasted that the host had the audacity to request one of the customer by SMS that the negative responses are not helping his business.This host is best avoided, totally terrible experience.

Horrendous treatment by the host. We were sent wonderful photos of the yatch and the treatment the previous night. We were asked to reach at 5.45 AM and we were actually on time. Since we had booked a whole yatch for 14 people, the host was supposed to alot us the yatch by 6.00 AM. But nothing turned up, he kept giving us reasons that the captain isnt on time or he is arranging or he will arrange in 5 mins and so on. Finally we were frustrated and decided to return. The host even stopped answering our calls. We were beyond the fishing time waiting in the hot summer weather and returned back without even a shell.

I would like to share my very bad and unprofessional service offered this morning by BDT tourism (contacted person was Mr. Waqas).My friend has booked a 42ft yatch for fishing at 5:30am for 1st August ... Unfortunately we came to know waqas had not informed his captain about our trip and since from 5:15am he was simply bluffing with us giving silly reasons like caption is not picking the calls,, i will get him picked from his house and so on... Until 7:15am he kept doing the same and then he contacted another yatch caption and at 8:30am we had boarded the yatch. Result was we couldnt even catch a single fish and this trip was disaster..Moreever he had offered us discount, but he didnt keep his promise.... Rating wise its 👎👎👎👎👎Who ever trying to contact this person, please be careful and dont make your trip a miserable one...

After confirmation and payment these guys don’t turn up on time , rather have silly excuses and made us wait two hours from 5AM till 7 AM near the port ( dubai marina ) which much over time for fishing , pls don’t book these guys You will regret
