Neranjana ( working at wafi mall 1st floor) is the worst visa officer I have seen there. Not pleasant at all, Customer service zero, those kind of people destroy the company reputation.

Absolutely unethical business. They charge 3 AED per page for black and white printouts. They are using the desperation of people running around courts and visa offices to line up their pockets. These unethical practices should be stopped my the government.

3 AED for printing one page is too much.

I had great experience with one of their staff Abdullah, he help me to get visa he is multi talent with knowledge, experience and languages.

Not all people who working there. Receptionist (male) and who is sitting next to cashier they dont know how to behave with customers

This place is real example for bad or very bad experience. They are charging you for simple work you can do it by your self online.Dont go there guys do it by your self . Its just few mints you will save more then 570 aed.

Stay away from this company! They are thieves!!! When I bought travel insurance from them there was no mention anywhere/nothing on their website/nothing at their counters or anywhere else that I would not be allowed to cancel it on the event I don’t travel. When I went to cancel it they tell me it is their policy that this cannot he travelled. When I asked where it’s written the staff had no clue!!! They just repeating nonsense like gullible puppets!!! Absolutely ridiculous! They also heavily overcharge so please stay away from them at all costs! They nicely enjoy a monopoly due to their link right near VFS but much better travel services even on google! Disgusting excuse for a company and they will be reported for misleading customers!!!

Since they are next to the court we can expect some higher service charges, but it is MORE THAN 2 TIMES HIGHER compared to other places.
