5 months agoI got my tv repaired from them but the same problem occured again just in 2 months.. So irs better not to take the risk of getting it repaired from them,When you have so many other options call guyz is very bed service fraud avoid the company?????????????????????

They are the only one who manage to fix my TV....even the agency did not fix it ..... Great work, mainly they fix all type of tv screens faults, broken LCD, or dead pixels. highly recommend to send your tv. they are honest, clean workshop, accurate problems analysing. workshop are new and still they dont have a trolley to carry your heavy unit especially that the shop located first floor in a new building.

Bit expensive but does the job

I couldnt find any other company or agency who is capable to repair my Samsung 55 3D TV. My TV was damaged from water spillage from overhead AC unit. I did not get any help from the OEM other than the advise to replace the LED panel. OMSR, specially Mr. Darshan, was very kind and keen to understand the issues I had with my TV. Excellent job OMSR team! Thank you, my TV has got a new life. All the best wishes to OMSR on their new position as the official partner of Samsung.

Had an issue with an old LCD Samsung, which they tried to fix but couldnt find some of the parts for. It was initially a power supply issue, which was fixed, but they then found out that there was no sound either and the part was unavailable. After 3 weeks (mostly me running after them for an update), we agreed on an exchange with another fully-functional better LG TV for the same price I was to pay for the power supply part, which was a pleasant surprise.Owner/Mngr Darshan is accommodating and tries his best to assist with other options, but the reason for them losing 1 star is because the communication between them and their clients needs to improve. It was mostly me running after them for updates. Apart from that, they kept their promises and provided us with a great alternative for our needs. Thanks guys, and would recommend them to others.

Trying to fix my Sony TV since 16 January 2020 , today 13 June 2020 i am writing my review and still i didn’t receive my TV. It’s only screen to be replaced and they got stuck with it.Last promise i got from the manager Darshan on 13May after 5 month waiting is that he will return the TV if not fixed in three days.. no calls or even whats app till now to inform me what happened to the TV.Most of the time not responding to calls and trying to escape from my calls.The worst experience ever

My experience with this team was very good. They were prompt and solved my tricky issue with an LG TV swiftly. I would recommend them anytime. Plus the parts they put in my tv cane with a warranty which is always good.

Got my philips Tv fixed.. it had a warranty of 3 months but it broke after just 16 days again having the same problem.. after so many calls they pick it again and fixed but again it broke after 6 days with same problem.. after this they are not answering my calls.. not recommended at all....To your reply OMSR: As i have already told you and shown you that the socket is perfectly fine. I have another Tv connected to the same socket and there is no issue. Your people also saw this. The part that you are putting is either not compatible with the Tv or is of low standard. As you are unable to fix the tv you should consider the refund atleast for the part as all the time same part is failing that is fixed by you. Last time i also had to pay for the pick n drop again and yes like always same issue occurred after just 40 min. Which i reported you instantly but till now no action from your team....

Terrible, rip off of a company headed by a Darshan, an unscrupulous man who promised me alot and delivered nothing. Refused to pay me back my 500 dhs deposit which I had proof of job card and messages from him. Recommended by a dishonest Samsung Service Center technician to this company.Have already reported to authorities. Beware of this company.

They repaired my tv after two month, when they finaly repair the tv it worked the first hour but after few hours it stopped working.Because i got three month warranty I returned the tv to them but they say it got short circuit and it didnt work, it was like this the first time it broke why you only changed the screen and did nothing for the main cause in the first place.And they never get back to me until now.

A gumble set of workers and a good quality job.

Darshan is brilliant, professional and knows more about TVs & smart TVs. My brand new Sony TV became useless due to a damage to the screen and there is no support from the Retail shop from where i purchased it.
