I was paying and coming from abu dhabi to tan and after I have paid for a package theyre telling me our machines are in maintenance all the time sometimes Id arrive in Dubai and they would call me and tell dont come our machines are not working Im local whats going on? Theyre extremly racist everyone Ive seen in he salon is whiteSara humaid

Lol - just been shouted out of the store for booking a spray tan through the stores own website. Glad you arent getting my business tbh. Ps update the website to take out spray tans. Otherwise looked nice.

I tried many tanning salons in Dubai including Mega Sun and iTan lounge. Their equipment is old and produced very less heat, never did I get any tan and I do take the max session (20 mins). After giving up on these tanning salons for more than a year, today I decided to check on Google Maps for tanning salons and found the Tanning Zone Salon accidentally. I went there and at first glance, I was underwhelmed, it seemed like a very basic salon, I paid for the max session (20 mins) and the first 3-4 minutes I felt no heat, I thought I just wasted my money.... then it all started...the heat level went up, and I started feeling intense heat! I got an awesome tan from the first time! Will definitely be my go to place for tanning from now on! so rare to find a good tanning salon that actually works in Dubai! The receptionist is very friendly and offered me a good package if I decide to come again.

The place isnt elegant but the service is great. I come here for two services. One for my mink lashes that look so amazingly natural. Two for their deep cleansing facial. I highly recommend this place for these two services.

Rude receptionist. When I enquire about services she never once acknowledge, just answer me with 1 word and continue using her phone watching video. Happened twice. Facial was lovely but was told therell be extraction etc through facebook but when booked in there wasnt any. Just scrub and mask.

Tanning prices are goodBut tanning lotion options arent plus they are very expensiveThe tanning bed is amazing but it needs to be fixed or changed its very old and the tanning face part doesnt work and its been like this for a very long time

Had a spraytan done as well a Gelish Mani and Pedi.Spraytan looks amazing and very natural.Mani and pedi also looks perfect. Was in and out of chair in less than an hour which is always a perk with a busy schedule.Staff very friendly. Homey environment. Will return.

I called prior to book an appointment to make sure theyd use the steam process for the facial (its called ozone steam, but still wanted to make sure). They said yes.I have a lot of dark spots on the chin and nose. So i was expecting the lady tp really work on them. Instead, she steamed my face for a few minutes, popped a couple of pimples (for a cpuple pf minutes, not kidding) & that was it!Very disappointed. Will never go back.Plus the salon is far from being glamour and its not a place where you feel relaxed at all. The cabins have no doors and I have some doubts about the cleanliness.

I love this place..It is soo friendly from the receptionist to the lady performing the service for you..so relaxing..the lady that does the manicure for me is very nice, friendly and dedicated to her work..I recommend this place soo much for a relaxing experience..

Booked me for the wrong service over the phone. As a result, no technitian was available to do the procedure. The staff hardly speaks or understands English beyond the script.
