Excellent choice for a pool/beach day. Four stars cause the food menu is quite limited.

We went for a day pass with my small daughert. As it goes one of the nicer kid friendly pools that dubai residents can visit. Prices for entry are very reasonable, service is great and the selection of different pools and beach means that no one area is too packed... highly recommended!!!

I am completely satisfied with this place, the ambience, the music, pools, access to the beach, quite and no constructions nor nice around. They provide beach towels and the sad is white colour and the landscape is on the palm and marina. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food is nice the only think I was missing is the pizza in the menu, but i am pizza lover. It is great to come for the whole day and feel like on mini vacation. Sunday is ladies day with a DJ and saxophone 🎷 💙

The pool is nice but regarding the food we tried to order a pizza but unfortunately not available today... also we order watermelon juice but we shocked it was syrup juice .. how you offer syrup juice infront of the pool in hot weather!!!!

Pool water way too cold compared to other hotels on the palm. And service should NEVER ask to hold Emirates ID. Seems like they think every customer is a bad one. Up your class please. The pool concept is nice, the beach is amazing service was good.

Pool is amanzing and very nice design...FOOD is a bit expensive for the place (is not a paradise beach in a paradise island)

Gorgeous place! Sooooo relaxing! The staff is very attentive - and very nice. I highly recommend if you look for a decent rest by the pool in a modern, vibrant, high end place. Their food and prices are very good too for a 5* hotel. I will be back!

Nice place for a Friday brunch. Good vibes and good food

We visited Dubai for a girls trip and this was our first Dubai brunch experience. We had a great time! The buffet spread was very impressive and far exceeded my expectations! If you have a sweet tooth you’d love the dessert station which was purely Oreo themed including a giant Oreo cheesecake! The atmosphere was really fun with plenty of entertainment and everyone was super friendly. I loved that Glitterbox was there which added to the fun!

Beautiful and unique, food is great!

It was my first time visiting Wet Deck at W on the Palm and it definitely won’t be the last. During Ramadan the minimum spend for sun loungers is 200AED. The area opens by 9am but the adults only pool is only open by 10am. You can order drinks from then but food service doesn’t start until 11am. The lifeguard on duty Bryan is super lovely and assisted me throughout the day by making sure I had enough shade and reminding me to drink enough water. The sun loungers are on first come first served basis or you can also reserve the beds and cabanas in advance. I’d recommend getting down there early to secure the perfect spot. In saying that there are loads of bed at both pools and even some on the beach as well. Friday’s they run their brunch so Saturday is the perfect day just to chill in the pool.

Great that it has a no children policy. But has small pool and if you want music and atmosphere this place isnt it.Theres a great beach and large separate pool which are excellent. Thats the main pool area separate from wet deck but that area is child friendly.Not a bad pool bar but probably best to go with a big group so you can build the atmosphere yourself.

Amazing place ! Such a nice location and vibe. Food super nice. Daniel was serving us was super proffesional and nice , he came to check on us few times to see if we have everything we need . Super happy with the service , staff is amazing !!

Very nice food and service!

Food was late and came in stages, excuse was they were busy. Quality ok. Bill time comes, and they over charge for items we did not order and insist that we ordered. 2 managers came for arguing, eventually they removed items from bill after 1 hour and after we threatened to call the police. Shame shame shame, not even an apology from anyone plus last trip when they finally changed the bill, the security guy came with the waiter. Shame on them!

Place is fun but understaffed, takes time find someone to give order. Pool is nice yet small. I do not advise the cocktails.

Wet deck is understaffed and you need to wait a long time to be attended. The cocktails do not taste nice and drinks are still served in plastic cups. I had higher expectations for this place. Won’t come again and do not recommend it.

Experience a day out the usual and was really relaxed

Highly unprofessional service, the reservations team told us we could come the next day for a beach pass on a “first come first serve basis”. We travelled 30 minutes to be there early, only to be informed at the door that they had changed this policy. Very disappointing and not up to the standard you would expect of other W hotels.

Overcrowded place, the service was absolutely abominable! They completely understaffed the place so that every order took more than an hour to complete, the entire day, even during lower demand phases.On top of this the staff was super unfriendly, no apologies for the delay.

We did the ladies day offer amazing amazing place the vibe was great and the food is so delicious and you get amazing menu to choose from. Sunny our waiter for the day was an amazing gentleman he served as so heartedly and his recommendation on the food was very thoughtful thank you so much we had a great time and got a free piece of cake since it was my husbands birthday 💯 recommendation.

Another ladies days the Sunday. Poor experience not as good as premium beach club. You pay 250 aed but you need to fight to get any glass because only few waiters for the full deck. Definitively bad cocktails and wine if you compare with White beach or Nikki beach. Food was served cold as prepared in advance and too much waiting time before delivery. So this is worst beach club I did since Im in Dubai

Surprised the brunch is so popular. Lousy service, average food, music might as well be virgin radio and to top things off they make you drink from awful plastic beakers that literally smell of BPA. If you love over-priced brunches surrounded by estate agents, this is the place for you 👌

We went last Friday for a brunch and the place is so lovely, staff are extremely orgnised and friendly, food was also super, meat, chicken and seafood, ice creams and beverages. Various options and the taste was also perfectWe paid 400 AED per person, pool access and food are included. The crowd was groups where we all had fun, and it wasn’t crowded, pool was normal not big not small. Recommended for groups.

We didn’t like the drinks but the location and the facilities are nice!!!
