Our 8 months old son started the class with Debbie and she is amazing and we are so happy that she is the trainer.

We started weekly classes for our then nine-months old daughter in June 2020 with Debbie. We are very happy with the way the classes are customized to the level of the child, or to the mood on that day (e.g. in case of being tired etc.). We found theres an excellent balance of exercise/play time. This has resulted into our daughter being very happy going to SwimTime, whilst making good progress over time and now being comfortable in water. Thank you SwimTime and Debbie for the hard work!

I went to SWIMTIME to just try the free trial lesson they offer and ended up signing up for the whole lesson package. The instructors are amazing, in my case, I have Debbi as our swimming coach. She is very patient, she never loses sight of you even when having many students. Debbi makes you feel confident, she would never make you do something you dont feel confident with. Everyone is friendly and kind, you will always get a smile at reception. I have learnt and improved my swimming skills so much since I started of which I am very grateful. I have been looking for a swimming academy for my 2.5 year old daughter and I couldn’t find better place than SwimTime that provides lots of different timings that works with ur schedule with well trained and patient coaches. Shereen is our couch from day one and we haven’t tried anyone else since we truly feel she loves our kid and she cares. We have seen some improvement in a short period of time that we are grateful for. Thank you guys for the positive safe environment

It is a fully covered swimming pool that provides privacy in the best way possible. I am quite happy with my trainer Ms.Debie who helpt me overcome a fear of swimming and start progressing very well!

My daughter and I have been members of Swimtime since a long time and I absolutely LOVE this place!I was someone who didn’t know how to swim at all, infact I was scared to even put my face in the water, but Thanks to Coach Shireen, she really made me start loving water! 😊 The place is always clean, it’s indoors, and I think I will continue going there as long as I can! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to learn swimming from the beginning, or even those who just want to exercise/brush up their skills! The management is absolutely wonderful too...They give us quick response to any of our queries and is available on whatsapp any time fo the day!

My 4 year old is doing classes with Coach Gehad and we are really happy we found Swim centre and a very cool coach. Even when he is crying she handles him really cool and makes him to come out of his fear. The pool area , other areas are clean and well maintained.

Very clean and well organized. Coach Gehad is very good and amazing with kids. very friendly and has the talent to teach kids and make them swim in less than 5 sessions.

Ive enrolled my 6 year old and 2 year old. Staff are very friendly and the swim coach Shereen is brilliant with the kids. The coaches get in the water whilst teaching swimming which is great. My kids look forward to and are always excited about their swimming lessons. Ive tried the parent toddler session, aqua aerobics and aqua bike aerobics. I would highly recommend these sessions. Aqua is great fun and a good work out. The mother and toddler session is great for bonding and for kids to becone confident in the water. The facities are clean and indoors so dont need to worry about thr heat. Highly recommended!

I have been talking my swimming classes with Coach Gehad, and I can tell that she is really amazing. She has the ability to notice everyone mistakes and put us on the right track to be a good swimmers. In addition, she is patient and gives you time to learn and master the technique. Furthermore, you really enjoy the classes with her as well because she has a good sense of humour. Highly Recommended for kids, my son started learning swimming from zero and he is improving session by session (private sessions). Very friendly employees and the facilities are suitable which includes: visitors parking, lockers, observation room for parents, suitable for disabled persons, Wi-Fi.

This is a very good place to enjoy the Aquafitness. I was at there to have my aqua bike exercise with Coach Asia, she is very nice and bring you enough the Aquafitness. And now, I put my son to learn swimming with Coach Gehad, I am very happy with her the way to teach the kids to learn swimming. And I can see my son is improving a lot.

We are visiting from The UK and our 6 year old son has really improved his techniques and confidence with coach Gehad, we would not hesitate to recommend her. Not only is it a wonderful facility, every member of staff is so friendly and professional. The cleaning of the facility is so good, especially in Covid times. Mai & Prema are lovely too! Manish at the coffee shop is great, especially for us spectators! Abdul is very courteous and professional. Having met the owner too, he is wonderful and makes us feel so welcome. I have my kids enrolled in courses in Swim Time. They lived it because for the warmly air conditioned pool.

My swim trainer Jehad is the best i learned alot from her. Also Fahad, Bala and Prima are friendly and helpful.

The worst custoler service, no one speak properly english, they tell you they will call you back, the phone is always busy, they finally have no schedule availaible.... a wrong way to advertise and have customers... you call you ask they have no availaibility and even if they have they do not know what is the schedule... they have instructor that left as they say.. wonder why(rolling eyes)

How about dont put someone at the front desk that can speak english. Entered and asked about getting coaching to improve swimming for fitness and was told they cant teach swimming for fitness, when the sign on the front says Aqua fitness.. yeah horrible first impression

Poor customer service! No communication! Very rude staff and my nanny heard as well they back stabbed us! They made a mistake and didnt even inform the schedule and yet they claimed they told me. Well ur Indian receptionist ( forgot his name) never informed the schedule! He never even said sorry for his shortcomings! He told me he will call about the schedule but he never done and we ended up we missed our schedule today and top it up he wont admit his mistake! I just hope u have a recorder. He doesnt know how to deal with customers! He treats me as if i am working for him! The only reason i send my daughter here is because of Gerry! Gerry is really nice and professional! I sent my daughter last year here and I never had an interaction like this!!! And then my nanny heard they murmured to return our fee???!!! Well do it i can easily shift my daughter somewhere else!!!

No one informed me that the pool wasnt deep (its for kids) until I was in the pool + each class is 30 min long and 5 minutes are already gone as the previous session members leave the pool.
