Everything fine but there is no locker key in Ladies section

Very good clean pool and standard well trained Trainer and Lifeguard on duty.

Its a great place with great coaches, but none of the people are following COVID protocols. We had raised complain to the manager and he replied that apart from putting the sign boards ,I cant do much.I wish the management take enough precaution and stand as an example for imbibing the protocols in place .From,A worried and anxious parent

Professional coaches available. Very good place to learn swimming for kids and all age groupsMy two kid taking training. One 7 years and second 2 years.I never thought they will train 2 years toddler.

It was a great place for my kids to learn how to swim.. Instructors are so friendly and patiently guiding my kids to learn how to swim. They build the confidence which until now they are keeping what they have learn.Thank you so much!

The place is great for learning swimming, from kids (really young) to all adults. Instructors here are great and facilities are average.

Facility: extremely dirty. No toilet papers, hair and dirt all over.No hot water in the showers.Pool floor is very dirty and full of sand inside.Instructor is late most of times and not following any system or levels during training.You can see the lack of organization and the carelessness since the second you visit them. I waited at the reception for too long and no one was there. Then I managed to see someone, I asked about the swimming classes and he barely explained while holding his phone the whole time. Then he said the coach will contact me to arrange. I received no calls at all until I sent them on Instagram and then a nice lady contacted me.They say ladies timings from 10 and its already 10:00 but still there are men in the pool. Will complete the review after I try their classes.

Good friendly environment with helpful team temperature controlled pool with many lanes and diving platforms good 25m pool for training and learninng.

Good facility for learning swimming. Indoor and well maintained. No need to worry about parking as lots available just outside. Fees are reasonable as compared to other swimming academies. Ideal location for people around Al Karama, Oud Metha.

Coach Haila is the best and very patient. Enjoyed every class.
