The support staff is pathetic. If you ask them to help find required sizes, they will not respond promptly. It feels like they dont want you to try multiple shoes options before decision as this increases their workload. Worst experience at the outlet mall store.

The staff is very rude, 3 guys sitting at the counter, chatting and laughing loud. The prices are way higher than the shop next door.
