Pathetic customer service. I ordered a lunch bag last month and it doesnt fit the lunchbox I have, trying to return it and they dont respond back.

Order school supplies and received confirmation on August 22nd .... 3 days later received a notification that it has been shipped. after 3 days received a call asking if it ok to subtitute some items ?!!!!!!!!(No idea on what basis they generated the shippment email!!!!!)it has been 3 more days since the call & every time i text them its a false promise for a next day delivery...Awful customer service.local delivery shouldnt take more than 4 days end to end.but 10 days and still under process .... God only knows when I will receive it.....
