I will never call for delivery of medicines it takes 2 hours to deliver

Life Pharmacy in Bur Dubai near Medeor Hospital has the most bad after sales service. Drop our purchased item to get repaired, took 1 long week without any update. Customers are the ones who call them for update and they would promise to call you back and they will never ever did. Management, Please check your staffs there and make sure they got the proper training in handling customers.

No service at all, they will send patients back to the doctor to get ERX number which can be obtained through just a call to the medical center. And this is part of their job. As a doctor I knew what should be done, I am concerned how are they dealing with patients????

Pharmacy it’s the link to life, please if you are inexperienced pharmacist it’s fine but, you should ask for help & learn more before giving wrong medicine to patients ! My recommendation to everyone is to check carefully what are you taking before paying & before leaving the pharmacy. Thanks
