Fastest service in Dubai. Only 5 minutes international driving license was issued after we submitted application. (We checked time. 5 minutes exactly.) Amazing quickly. Had a Trip ticket bad experience. They only collect high fees and deposit in cash. When you return ticket book they only pay you deposit by cheque. Waste of time for customer, just transfer to their account or pay cash.Staff behind plastic shield serving customer and not wearing proper Mask. Not a pleasant experience.

Unusually welcoming staff. Not a crowded parking. Google Map might take you to a no mans land. Just go behind the bowling center and you will find it. No proper parking facility. Just few kacha parking near by. B7t that enough.Please check the photo as its very helpful in locating the place and can pin down the exact location.Important Note: they accept only cash so please carry cash as there are no ATM nearby.

I visited this place to apply and renew a tourism certificate. Its located next to the Society of Engineering. You may find kind of little difficult to find this place but follow the Society of Engineering it will much easier for you. Excellent customer service, staffs are really helpful, very polite and try to assist as much as they can.

Friendly staff and efficient workflow. I got my carnet de passage done in less than an hour. The automobile & touring club is not located at the front of the building as you see from the photo. Walking towards the main entrance, look left, you will see the sign leading you to the side door. That’s where the automobile & touring club is located.Parking at the front of the building is limited. There is a parking space for the construction beside and it leads to the side entrance which is directly in front of automobile & touring club. If that is full, you can park along the side of the road and walk about less than 100m. There is a paid parking opposite too (why pay when there is free parking).As noted in their website, prepare cash payment. There is a mall with ATM about 800m away.

Impressive service!!It is my first time to the Emirates Motorsports Organization. As indicated in Google Maps, the organization location is Dubai International Bowling Center, however, in fact, the exact location is exactly behind the Bowling Center after Moevenpick Mamzar Hotel. Parking was also easy to find.I needed an IDL for driving abroad. It was only a matter of a few hours after I applied online and visited the place, that I had my IDL with me.Very convenient especially if you are like me a last minute planner for your vacations 🤔😊I recommend👍

Went there to get the Carnet de passage, which is the trip ticket book that you need when traveling with your vehicle outside the UAE. Staff are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to finish your transaction, a bit slow due to clients not reading what needs to be handed over for each transaction. Normally most of the public services in UAE work fantastic, but this place are not working with you at all :-You need to pay cash deposit, but when you want your money back it is by emirates NBD Check, then you have to go to the branch to cash it, but you have to wait 30-60 minutes because Automobil club Dubai needs to verified the Check to the bank first....- I could continue like this but I will save you time, because you need to spend it with them if you want it or not.Bad bad service all the way, I hope you will do something about this, even your own bank was irritated of your lack of business understand and respect for others time.
