Such a pity! They are missing inventory all the time, they are missing staff at the counter, and it takes a huge amount of time to buy a bike for a kid…, I believe Decathlon is an incredible platform with huge potential but leadership and process can be improved.

My best place to get all my sports staff

I had one of my worst shopping experience in years at Decathlon Mirdif City Center. The store manager named Ashkan told me Azadea group (the owner) has a ruthless records in firing their employees if they tried to go out of their way to help customers. All that because I came in during the stores closing hour, although I explained I came from far away just to buy an item, and traffic accident what forced me to come few minutes late. Im Decathlon loyal customer for many years and they cant even have minor exception to sell an item during the closing hours. Even worse when I tried to call Azadea customer service to complain, a customer service staff named Hassan Jardali kept interrupting me while Im talking! Azadea group needs to teach their staff how to talk to customers. Awful experience all over!

Its a nice place. But its sad that they dont bring new stocks. Im seeing the same stocks since 2019 there. And some clothes are even dirty, has stains on them. If you go to the tennis apparels you will find it.The same old stocks there two years.No size, no new designs!Its really bad!

Great brand, however Non-existing/ useless and Unprofessional Customer service for their E-Commerce. Ive ordered online in May, never received the items, never got refunded, havent received any response by email or phone, after numerous follows up. I do NOT recommend buying on their online platform, youll receive much better customer service with their competitors.
