The system is performing as advertised. The sales and installation process were fantastic. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The service after the sale was perfect. My electric bills decreased 80%. I currently have a credit with DEWA. My system has been running since late December.I spent almost a decade in industrial and commercial sales. I was a manufacturers representative for steam and hydronic systems long time ago. So, I have quite a bit of experience in construction and sales. I left the industry in 1993. I mention my background because I feel it is relevant to my experience with Smart Gulf Solar.My Salesmens name was Mike. He did a fantastic job on earning my sale. I really dug into the technical details and asked a lot of questions. I pitted Mike against another salesman from one of their competitors. I even showed each salesman the others bid. Mike was helpful, informative, gracious and handled my sale like a real pro. I was a very difficult customer and I know it. I can not say enough about his service in gaining my sale.I am very happy with my purchase and their installation team. I am extremely happy in the service I received after the sale.
