Good service from most of the drivers but Uber has zero control over their drivers and zero care about the consistency of the drivers.Unreliable timings and rates.By far not the leading service provider in Dubai

Im giving no stars, this is all because of the driver it’s not the Companys fault it’s the driver, first he is late and second he did not came where he suppose to be, and when I asked were where you he started allot of unnecessary discussion and accusations. And was very dangerous and he literally would hit me. I have no idea what was wrong with him. He was drunk or what I don’t know. He started accusing my husband then He said where you want to go. Though he have all the details of drop of place. He stopped middle of the road and doesn’t wanted to move unless I called my husband then he moved. And so many things happened i Worte to customers support specialized team. Hope they will contact back soon. This driver named Muhammad car number L26027. Uber should take serious action against him. He is violent.

Uber had taken my money not once but twice and cancelled my ride. They do not wanna give me a refund! I want someone to contact me asap.

Very rude driver. Even I sent in details explanation to support but they are worse than their driver. He just cancelled trip without any reason. They took my money and after my request they are returned. I used to wait with my old mother and daughter 25 minutes. If you delay you must pay if they cancel trip without explanation nothing. Literally Uber and driver have stolen my money, the driver charged me 50 dhs in cash for trip worth 33.5 dhs and uber had deducted 33.5 dhs again from my card and no point of contact except this stupid automation support system where no one under or reply, really bad experience for my first and last ride.

Booked the uber , kept notifying that the driver expected in a minute , but then after repeating for another 5 mins of same they just randomly cancelled stating driver cant make it . Bad experience, really just adds to your stress rather than help you ease through commute in dubai.
