Good software but poor service and support, more than one week to find any contact number or mail but still looking?!!!
It is impossible to contact this company. The website is unhelpful, allowing only existing customers with an account number to submit an email. The only phone number shown on the website does not work.
Very aggressive non well informed support engineer called Mohsin, he is pushing me to buy a new license other wise he has no time to talk!!
We purchased Sage300 ERP from a platinum partner which is supposed to get implemented as per the BRD. It has been several months now and the progress is very slow and not as promised nor expected. We are facing a lot of issues and we are wasting our efforts on the implementation. Having a very bad experience and not recommending it at all. We settled 80% of the payment and the implementation is just 20%. Never expected to have an extremely poor experience and if there was Zero star i would definitely mark it. Very poor customer satisfaction.

Difficult to find and then parking is a nightmare. Sage is spilt into like 6 different offices and reception is not clearly marked
