So far there has been no reply. Every day I have to call for information .I ordered 15 cases cup water last month. Its been 20 days now. Still no delivery. The service was terrible

Still i didnt receive the order last time i ordered from you each box 5 dhs i have the previous bill. now they are asking by 7 dhs each box. if every time price is increase how we can trust your company. Every day I have call but no positive reply from you side.only saying we will update.I ordered 5 box 200 ml cup water last month. Its been more than 10 days now. Still no delivery. The service was terrible.

Since Tuesday May 04, 2020 we have been consistently calling their call centre and informing them to deliver water and all the time they have responded stating, will be delivered next day.Today, on Friday at 8:45pm nothing delivered and the worst part is since yesterday, Thursday May 7th 2020 they stopped taking calls.Absolutely hopeless and shouldnt be allowed to carry out such an important service like delivering drinking water.ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED, WITH THIS EXPERIENCE.

Very bad service, they do not care if your runout of water they will keep insist water will deliver weekly, so if you runout if water during festival or extra guest they advise to buy from outside, this is very unsatisfied customer services, this delivery guy also confidently said even you call main office no use as i am the one delivering water, he is indirectly saying that he is the one decision maker to deliver water or not,I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Ive been trying to replace a damaged bottel ( full ). from two days. I called them 5 times, spoke to a different person each time. The last person said he would call back in 5 minutes but nothing. No one answers most of the time on any number. Horrible service. Think twice before buying their coupons. No respect what so ever for customers.

Very unprofessional, hard a meeting with them one year ago and ask to leave the samples with them for the management to have a look at the maps . The new map taken as a sample for the meeting today I ask for the samples maps to return it to me the operation manager refused to say that she and her purchase department had a meeting with me and my MD and also refused to return the maps

Hello Romana Management.Kindly note that we are buying water from you since last 11 years.since 2 months your delivery guy (please note his number +971529268659) is not delivering on time and also he is taking rudely.Every Tuesday since last 11years we get 4-5 bottles of water but last week he gave only 3bottles. We are following up with the same guy and he promised that he will deliver today at 7pm. When my Mother called him he talk very rudely and he shouted very bad words. No respect at all. Rude and bad service !They take back the water dispenser when I ask for water they didn’t come on time ,they come on few days after my order,who can wait for days without water? So another company come to supply water,I said I use them if they come on time but they refuse and took the water dispenser without letting me explain

We were customers since 16years but since few months the water has a smell if you store for few hours in a cup or so and the quality seem to be changed, delivery is according to their own wish,however you advice them the availability of people at home still if they come they will come during the morning hours or afternoon when people are away or at work. Thinking to change the supplier at the earliest.

Pls do not use their service . Rude drivers and too much delays and a dummy customer care and poor management that does not respond. I was using them for almost three years but never any more such was the experience I had recently ..I ordered for water at 2 pm today (31 dec) the delivery guy initially promised to deliver in one hour which never happened. After several follow ups finally he promised to deliver by 6 pm. And that too he did not deliver. I happened to see the delivery guy outside my building on his way out in the evening as he was rushing out may be to celebrate New Year’s Eve , may be did not want to work or skip my location to get home faster !!This is what you should expect from Romana .The driver was very rude when confronted and said he cannot deliver as he has to go somewhere and I can complain if I want to !!No customer care number to reach or follow up and I could see that from the drivers I don’t care attitude . I would definitely rate this as very very poor ethics ..I dropped feedback messages on their WhatsApp where they responded their “ manager” would call me to resolve any issues but nobody called !

Best water in UAE with low sodium. Offering of cup water along with the coupons was a good practice during Ramadan.

The most important thing nowadays is availability of fresh water.This has changed the game.

Management is putting efforts to improve their services to customers like us by taking feedbacks from us. I was quite surprised when the delivery guy asked me whether I was facing any issues with the delivery timings and other aspects.

We are close by logistics centre still failed to deliver with in a day.Pathetic.Dont make any sense even if you are purest in the world without proper service delivery.

Most shocking and painful experience ever. They never come on time. One of their sales person took money from me and never returned. Their supervisor and manager also didn’t resolve this problem. Now I want to cancel my contract and they are not refunding my deposit. Poor management and pathetic company. I would give them more lower rating if I could. And I’m not surprised to see that they don’t even bother to give a response on reviews.

I like the offers they give to the customers. The Burj Khalifa offer was way beyond expectation. Looking forward to get more offers.

Bad quality CANCER BOTTLES of water and bottles age of more than 3 years of which have been refilled hundreds of times with the least quality control ever. Again I missed up and brought a book, when its finished Ill stop dealing with you as you never answer calls or take complaints seriously.

Since 5 yrs I m using your water now suddenly you have increased the price from 6dhs to 9dhs that also without any notice. Book for 10pcs was 70dhs & now 95dhs. So basically you taking extra vat from customers. If you continue like this you will loose business. This is very sad.

My recommendation is clear: dont go with this company.They promised to me that they will be coming every Thursday and they never do it. I will give zero stars.The worst services, Every time when you call for the service you get reply call this no, or Monday Evening we will come, even if you call on Monday still there is no services. At the time of booking they say that within 2 days you will get the service. Guys please do not call mobile last digit 9247 this guy has no manners how to talk to the costumer. Without lessening he just cut the phone. On Monday i kept the bottle outside called and informed him, he said evening they will do services. When I called him next day without any sorry or apology he said i forget and the cut the call so again I called him now on Thursday. Now on Thursday night again same thin, I keep on calling him until he answer and reply was same he forgot.OMG holy crap the worst services. I told him one of mine friend in same apt. but diff. room want to do the booking. As usual bad service I was expecting we dont give 2 connections in same apt.They dont care about customer service. in future i will never recommend.

The delivery service is very good, every wednesday i got the water in the front of my door, but i have a doubt about the water quality, since i changed from Zulal to Romana, i had digestive problems in my stomach, but i need to check more this point.
