We had a blast. Highly recommend doing the penguin encounter my kids loved it. We had an amazing discovery class to learn to basics of snowboarding. All the activities were fun. Must do !

Good value for money, great options for dates! You can either spend a whole day there or go watch the snow cinema.I would highly recommend to do the penguins encounter, and if you will request for your photos, make sure they don’t have the frame filters when the place shares them with you, we had to go back the next day to ask for the unfiltered photos

I have visited SKI Dubai but the service is bad we waited 1 hour to register us and we are coming always but each time they said you data is not there also we bought 2 hours for SKIING but the waiting time to go up it needs at least 30/45 minutes so you will end up playing 2 times in the whole 2 hours you bought that is if you are lucky. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Breakfast with penguins 🐧We had an amazing experience today having breakfast with penguins. Breakfast was delicious and portions were big. During breakfast we were allocated seats next to the window so we can enjoy penguin view. After breakfast we proceeded to spend some time with penguins and it was unforgettable. Our guide was Mr Eric and He was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and passionate in his professional. We had lovely time and I highly recommended it

Ski Dubai is a wonderful place to spend time with your family. For that I recommend to choose the package Snow Premium for full day access to snow park and also to the slope. We did it, and spent a whole day having fun. At the snow park you have a lot of activities - bobsledding, zorbing, tubing, chairlift ride, also we’ve chosen penguin encounter which was very interesting.The package included all day access, rental of closing and skiing equipment, gloves, meal, and hot chocolate which we chose to have in the cafe at the slope.What I would recommend, if you plan to spend most of the time in the Snow park, take a hat and a scarf, maybe put on a bit warmer clothes. If you are going to ski most of the time - then no need, you will feel warm. Another recommendation is to be ready to wait, as usually the queues are long and processed slowly. Maybe it was due to Ramadan, or because of weekend, can’t say for sure, but waiting time for buying tickets was significant, more that half an hour.After our visit to snow park, we decided to come one more time just to ski. We’ve taken a full day access, but I’m sure that just 2-hour access would be enough.Generally the impression is very positive, the place is unique for the area and we will definitely come again and again, as for the good price you get a day of winter whenever you feel like touching the snow.

Excellent one-time experience.. You can go on a simple date here with your partner .. You get a snowy ambience, each pair can have their own mini area where there are comfy recliners and a heater in front. Apart from all the winter clothes you get a quilt to keep warm and get free popcorn ( 1 cheese, 1 caramel) and 2 hot chocolates (extremely good). Only downside is the lighting.. Since the surroundings are very bright,the picture quality on the screen is not quite good.. Also you need to use Bluetooth headsets for sound which is not very comfortable and gets painful after a while.

The Ski Dubai experience was amazing. It was our first time and it was a bit tricky to understand what the steps were: where to go, where to get gear, how to use the lockers, etc. There are people to help, some were great in pointing us in the right way and others just pretend they dont hear us.The overall experience was super. We went to meet a penguin, totally worth it. Just the photos were super expensive to buy. They should give a cheaper option because thats your memories.The ski slopes are amazing and great fun.

Wonderful ski area in dubai. Ski Dubai opened in 2005, and i don’t think they have done any renovation. now the facilities are very old and outdated(for instance the lockers are not working unless the security come and lock and unlock it for you) and many other things needs renovations. I like this place but management must do something ASAP. Ski dubai is located inside Mall of Emirates, the mall facility is a high end quality and management taking a good care of the quality and appearance and it is not the same with Ski Dubai, very old.

Thank you to our ski instructor “Shiva” for making this outing super Incredible! He took time with all of us and at the end of the session we were able to do course one. Super AWESOME!We also had a wonderful time at the penguin encounter and on the sleds and events offered.We bought the premium package and it was worth every cent. Best indoor Entertainment you can experience Snow and Freezing Temperature. Sports are really good. Staffs are friendly and assisting.

I would call it a giant freezer box. Its certainly a cool experience while you are in the desert to cool off, but it cannot compare to that snow in the Park City. We checked it off our list.

Must do thing in Dubai even if you are not for skiing.Situated inside mall of Emirates ,it is the biggest indoor ski resort in the world,at one point it’s difficult to believe that we are inside a mall and that to in a hot place like Dubai.Suggested to book in advance to save some time,do check offers on third party booking portal like Klook,mostly there is big difference of price.For non skiers there are some snow ride and a zip line which is worth doing.Ropeway ride should also not missed which gives an eagle eye view of ski slope.at 1st stop of ropeway there is also an cafe,don’t miss having a hot chocolate there before going for Zip line.If possible try to visit during weekday and avoid weekends/holidays otherwise have to negotiate long queue before each rides.

First time i have experienced skiing in a gulf country and its amazing but also safe.Best place to enjoy in summer in Dubai.Go with your family and enjoy full day in the snow. You will have lot of activities and also you can enjoy some rides.If you have never experienced snow and your in dubai, UAE just visit mall of Emirates and enjoy the snow.

Too cold, gloves are must, its better to have them beforehand gloves and locker are not included in general ticket and are expensive at the counter although boots and winter wear(no pockets) are included. Fun rides, penguins and snow play. Staff is very helpful. rides are bouncy better take hold of your belongings.

It was great experience and great to have in Desert/Dubai.Note:We missed penguin shows. As it’s restricted to 2 and 4PM only.Parking is for only 4(Mall) + 2(skiDubai).I haven’t seen any one doing temperature checking.

Great experience, went to the Snow Cinema for the first time. Hot chocolate was nice. The only criticism was the quality of the screen when watching the film, but definitely different to your normal Cinema experience.

Fun indoor ski hill that feels just like skiing anywhere with the same coldness and feel of the snow. The runs are very short but, hey it’s indoors in the desert! Good for some runs while shopping. You can show up in shorts and t shirt they provide everything you need.

Ive been to many indoor ski slopes in the world and this one is by far the best. Highly recommended for beginners or experienced snowboarders, skiers or families wanting to have fun in the snow sledging etc..

Fantastic but there should be charge for adults who go with kids. Another thing there should be one adult with each kid under 10 years. And we could see the penguin because it was full although the payment was done for it

Great place BUT to enter and to receive your ticket they make you wait hours inline in the mall section, for which you can simply jump the queue if you purchased the ticket online. It would have been great to have been informed. We chatted to the manager for which said “it’s dubai, people should already know that they can purchase tickets online”. Well thank you for nothing.They should really improve the processes and get the security to inform people that are waiting hours in the queue for the above.We come to hit the slopes. Not to hit the queues.

Lines move slow when getting your gear.. but the experience is fun .. plan for at least 4 hours. They provide gloves, snow suite and boots. So u dont have to worry too much about carrying stuff u do need light warm clothing under the suite

It was Awesome, staff were friendly and they very helpful.In there, you get a locker, in which you can put your belongings. I brought my own camera with me and kept it in the locker until I finished playing and exploring, then got my camera and started taking pictures for the place.A must try in there is the hot chocolate in Avalanche Cafe (check the picture attached with the review.Note: photoshooting companies in that place charges are just not reasonable, 150AED for a picture!!!This was the only thing not to like about that place, and worst part is that they wont let you bring your camera or phone near the penguins, so they can take pictures for you and charge 150AED/ picture.

Ski Dubai is located in Mall of the Emirates. Its not only a Snow park but got many Slope related activities like Skiing ⛷ and Snowboarding 🏂…! It also has Chairlift, Ski bullet (Zip-line), Mountain triller ride. This facility also has classes for Skiing and snowboarding. And, don’t miss out the Penguin parade(Included with all package)/ Encounter with Penguin (additional in some packages)Snow park includes basic rides for everyone including 4 year old ones.Limited toilet 🚻 facility. Tip: Avoid drinking too much of liquid before you enter.Do try Ski bullet, mountain triller and Ski lessons!! Without this you are missing something important!Recommended 👍🏻

Great place, superb idea, great place to spend time with family and kids. But the down side is the staff inside the ski area. They are completely rude. Lack training hugely. Because of their rudeness even the visitors are rude. However, the staff out side were good. But the guys in the locker rooms were super busy and overwhelmed with weekend rush. Grumpy , but helpful, we’re doing their best . The management obviously overlooked such shortcomings. But the staff need an overall training to match with Dubai standards and the experience should remain etched in the memory of every visitor. Ski Dubai is pricey but worth spending it as the promoters, Majid Al Futtaim has done a great job creating a real snow ski slope in the middle of desert where the temperatures goes above 50 degrees in summer… Every one should visit this great wonder on earth.

Its a unique experience especially when u realize its built in a hot weather area, its perfect for people know how to ski, my best part is the penguin encounter its amazing.note: the place is extremely cold so u need at least double layer of clothes so u can enjoy your time, otherwise your body temperature will drop so fast and get sickthe photography service is so expensive also the photos quality is not that good, thats the reason behind my 4 stars rating

The rating is NOT regarding the experience I had the park. The park itself was a good 4/5.The experience I had while trying to check in was horrible. I booked these tickets through a third party website with whom they canceled their contract. I booked the tickets before they officially canceled it and hence asked them to honor the contract to which they replied no. The supervisor/manager was a really good guy taking time to understand and explain the situation to us and they even gave us a discount for the tickets(we received a refund from the third-party website later.)Unfortunately, all the negative experience we had was with the rest of customer support staff who instantly dismissed us saying that its not valid and we can leave right away which was pretty rude. The park itself was really nice. I understand working in this service industry, there may be a lot of stressors. But you could atleast take the time to explain instead of dismissing another person.

Ski dubai for the children when visiting dubai is a treat. The children enjoyed the temperature after being in the heat. The activities are engaging for young children and they have enough things to keep the adults engaged too. All the activities are worth trying. If there was any criticism I would say getting the photos was a pain. After taking 44 pictures they werent willing to provide any digital copies at a reasonable price.

Ski dubai without a doubt is one of the best experience in UAE. Great place to spend the day with the family. Its located inside mall of the Emirates so you can watch a movie, do your shopping and also enjoy the evening at ski dubai.They have different ticket prices based on your needs the lowest one if AED 150 for full day access to the park and this includes zorb ball and other rides for free unlimited times.Even though its crowded but they are well organised you can get all the equipments covered in your tickets except for the head gear and gloves which has to be paid extra, better to get them on our own. Lockers are well organised and the rental clothes are available for all different sizes.There is a cafe shop inside the Ski Dubai and the prices are reasonable with heaters available in the seating area.If you want to try the slopes then its a different package but prior training is required to try the slope.

Wow what an experience, seriously missed the snow from the UK but we got our fix here. The facilities are excellent organised and clean. Note you cant go to the large ski lodge on the basic ticket has we been told that we would of bought the other tickets. Also they insist u buy a ski hat and gloves but you dont need the hat if your use to the cold.The sledge stuff is great for kids and seeing penguins made there day.The bumper cars were not working unfortunately. But I will definitely try again with some ski lessons on the slope next

Amazing experience, especially during Christmas Season when a meeting with Santa is a must.Kids enjoyed the snow and slides, the hot chocolate and pancakes.We will definitely be back to take some snowboarding classes!Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

Lit of activities.We bought a daycation pass and chose the snowboard lesson. Was so much fun, an hour went by so quick.Winter gear (gloves, socks, vest, snow pants) are given there. Bring your own tuque.If on a budget, bring a thermos with hot drink and snacks. At 6pm, they have a pingouin show, cant touch the pingouin, but they were close enough to take a selfie with them in the background.

It is an amazing place with lots of activities to do. You can spend a whole day with family enjoying the activities. The family dayacation package includes almost everything but some choices must be made based on liking. The snow bullet ride is amazing and a must try. You can learn skiing or do slope skiing if you know it well.

The open hours are great and one of a kind around the world - skiing until midnight!The lines for equipment are very long.The equipment is good, but I suggest to bring some good waterproof gloves from home, because you get such ones only in the upgraded package.There are 4 courses in the site: 2 blue, 1 red, 1 black.

You have to know how to ski before you can use all the facilities. If not trained then the zip line etc is also fun

Skiing in Dubai? Yes, it’s a indoor ski park inside Mall of Emirates. It was an amazing experience. Suitable for family outing. The ski suit is issued at the place and it’s for free as it’s included in tickets. There are various classes of tickets and each class consists various activities and it’s been suggested always to take the highest ticket, so that you can enjoy all the activities. You also get to interact with penguins, which is rare and one must enjoy it!

Worth it. Once in a lifetime you can skip going to the Ice mountains..instead spend time with family here. Bring food & juice to be able to stay long. Rest..just enjoy the snow!!!

So nice and awesome, it was so cold and chilling, we enjoyed so much, I mean we enjoyed snow much. The snow was real and it was the colour of milk. We hit snowballs to each other and had fun. We could breathe smoke out of our mouths. It was -2 to -5 when we visited it. Highly recommend you to visit this place!!!

Inside below zero, outside +40. Perfect chilling experience. We paid for 2 hours of skiing and were excited. Slope was nice there is even a snowpark with rails and jumps. Waiting queue for chairlift was fast so we did man runs down. Ski or snowboard with all the gear except gloves was included and everything went smooth. Must do in Dubai if you love skiing.

Great experience. Surprisingly empty slopes and and really fair pricing. It was so much fun, just to be able to say you did it. I definitely recommend buying/bringing a beanie and gloves. It is quite cold in there.

An amazing experience to beat the heat , must try it . I have visited more than 5 times there are activates for ages and they have the best hot chocolate Period . I was disappointed that there is no restroom inside the park I hope this get looked into .the new bullet ride was a thrilling experience .the nachos were delicious.

Best Ive ever tasted and the toasted cheese sandwich was soo yummy!I wish there was falling snow and a place to build a snowman though...And wish they were slightly flexible with changing the program seeing it was not as busy.Super amazing experience!

As we went on a public holiday. It was too crowded and there was no social distancing nor corona virus restrictions as well. Gloves and Outfit Equipment which they provided was not enough to control the cold. the suite they are providing has no cap.so if you are planning to visit keep your own quality one. especially gloves, socks and winter cap. and there where no prayer room as well.

Dubai is expensive.... But skiing in Dubai is not! Couldnt believe that for less than £40 you can indoor ski here. Great value and lots of fun for the family. Incredibly sorry slopes too... Seems that the locals prefer to watch from the gondola rather than actually partake. So way cheaper than British ski centres, quieter, longer and when you finish... Its hot outside! Happy days!Staff are also very friendly, and helpful when needed.Two gondolas... Sit down (comfort) or drag (speed). The latter being a fair bit quicker.

Nice place for tourist and good opportunities for residents!So big intertwine by complex for children and adults ,They have ski school with nice instructors for children and adults , and good packages for regular lessons .There is good penguin park, it’s more for children .But you can’t make a pictures there ,they have photographer there ,but they sell that pictures for 150 aed- THIS IS A LOT 🤣

***Snowcation***The penguin encounter is a must see experience, with plenty of activities for the family (bobsleigh, bumper carts, tubing run etc.).It is best to go early, before lunch, after which it becomes busy and frankly quite conjested at the ride queues. The food and beverages are also not worth it, and best to visit the MOE restaurants.

This truly is a must visit place for anyone who loves the snow and to ski or even experience snow for the first time. I really enjoyed their hospitality and professionalism and especially enjoyed having my coffee in the ice cold environment. The kids definitely had a lot of fun and so did every one of the adults. The penguins were truly adorable and kids definitely get to learn a lot while having fun.
