I went to the shop of Dubai Mall for urgent purchase of shoes. I directly asked the personnel for the style that I was looking for. It happened that that it wasnt on the display. Ranjith was so quick to assist me and identified what I need.He took my size and came back for the items.As it was on weekend sale, he also introduced me to other beautiful ones and upsell it :) then he convinced me to leave the store with 2 pairs of shoes in my bag.The cashier Eunice is also friendly and professional. Her quick cashiering skills helped to save my time.I went their around 11am, so the mall and the shop was not busy, and very relaxing. The same a lot of free space in parking area. So I recommend the time before noon, if you are on pick and go mood.Thank you all.

Avoid online purchases from this shop. They reduced price to sell display tried items or returned items. If you complaint they will not respond. There headoffice seems to be closed.

Overall it was a good experience, I got 40% off on the shoes for me and my wife.

Heres an embarrassing situation, my wife wanted shoes from the store, there wasnt anyone to help apart from the cleaner “ Mohd Izad” who was outsourced. I would really like management to appreciate this guys effort to help, whereas the people actually working at the store aren’t worth your legacy, Ive been a customer since your initial days selling Clarks at Bur Dubai and Souq Al Markazy.
