Don’t like the quality of shoes. My feet are hurting badly. And of course I can’t return it now cause I wore it once.

I love Elica! She was the best in helping me select the right pair of sandals for my feet. Since my feet are both small and slender, I often struggle to find a good pair of sandals. It is important to find a pair that has a toe loop for the big toe. This prevents my feet from sliding out when walking. At the same time, I also want to look stylish. Not just walk around in dull and clunky sandals. I literally went to 6 stores before coming to Nine West. Might I also add, the AED 100 voucher is an amazing idea. I first bought a couple of scarves for my Mom and I. But when Elica told me that I had got a AED 100 voucher, that was definitely a great incentive to come back for sandal shopping at the store. The only reason I gave 4/5 is that I really wish you had more sandals with toe loops. That would be awesome! Otherwise, I love everything about your store. I also love that you support breast cancer awareness. And I love Elica of course! ❤️

I made purchase during DSF 2021. The website says 50% flat. There are big signs in from of the shop saying 40% FLAT but when I made the payment it was 30% only! I asked to talk to the manager and the guy who answered me said...this is on selected items.I guess either me or the nine west staff do not know the meaning of FLAT when advertised!
