The staff is very cooperative in a fantastic way. You will always get what you are looking for. Make sure you try the sizing machine to know your true size.

The team is professional and helpful and the variety of shoes are amazing. Theres a shortage of sales assistants during the peak hours so shopping took us more than an hour which wasnt pleasant. The prices are relatively higher compared to online.

I really loved the place and the service was great they were all laughing and smiling and really treated us well which I respect. The prices were really fitting and pretty affordable although some of the stuff was pretty expensive you cant really complain!!

They provide good customer service, they give advice and information about the product and it helps me a lot to buy a shoes for my niece.

In a normal scenerio where I purchase a product, the staff was friendly and helpful but when I want to exchange they come up with many reasons as to why they cant. Even though I insisted it was just used for a day and still in proper condition they didnt accept it. I went to another branch instead and they happily gave me the exchange because as I said, it was still in PROPER condition. Sorry, but I wont be shopping in this mall of emirates branch anymore.

A member of staff here sent me to Dubai mall for the last pair of shoes in my size. She confirmed the stock on her computer.I drove to Dubai mall and asked for my shoes, they were not there nor had they ever been in stock. After kicking up a huge fuss because the manager basically called me a liar saying no one had ever called his store and asked for the shoe from mall of the emirates, I drove back and confronted the manager there. He looked at me and said well there is worse things that could happenI mean are these staff trained? Yes there are a lot of worse things that can happen other than wasting 2 hours of my life but I expect a basic level of service and a little empathy. To cap things off the guy promised to call me back within a few days as he found a pair in another mall. Guess what, Im still waiting, and nobody answers the phone.

Bad experience at MOE , went to buy football shoes for turf , first no one attended thats fine its rush time, went to someone i thought might know things and asked for shoes , he provided no assistance and had almost no knowlege about what he was showcasing even the hidden laces, More over he seems just to get finished anyhow, went off boughy shoes from other store but felt sad to move away from nike after using 5 pairs of nike run genz . Suggestion would be if you have interns have them learn things and guide them ...

You get the best quality shoes but not happy with the look and material on few running shoes. Can do better designs.

Very bad customer experience in Nike MOE, they sold me a 880 dirhams defected shoes that caused me physical impediment hopefully for a short period of time. When I went to return the shoes they wanted the receipt!!!!how come you dont have a proper stock and warehousing system to detect from the barcode and box code! Manager is in meetings since 3 weeks and they just dont care....customer service is zero but unfortunately you can only give one star... I recommend you not to buy your basketball shoes from their as mine just simply blew up

I feel disappointed we came in nike moe branch last wednesday and i found a nice shoes which is nike jordan navy green size 35 and i try it and it really fit on me dn we ask the saleman to get it a new stock if ever there is 36 we will get 36 but if not we will take 35 then he said he will get new stock then we wait few minutes before they tell us to leave our number and he will call us when they get it ready coz he said they try to find in stockroom. dn we leaved and go to cinema after we watch came back to the shop coz we disnt recieve any calls for if it ready or not to think were waiting for his call. Then again 1 girl tell us again that they will call us again but we disnt recieve a call and today i ask my friend to pass by to ask if the shoe the we like is ready the staff told her that they sold it already coz we reserve 36 which is my size is 35 we only ask 36 if possible they have if no we will take the 35 but the point is no need to ask number for the guest if ur not responsible to call us back we have to go back to the shop to ask a several time u just wasted our time....so piontless to ask the contact number if ur not capable to response u just give us false hope...
