Just wanted to bring up an incredibly terrible experience I had at the Concepts dxb store. After rushing to the store super excited to get myself a pair, waiting in line forever, I finally made it to the front of the line to be approached by Feven, the manager apparently. She was incredibly racist, kept giving me looks and looking me up and down and then asked me a few questions all of which I answered properly, she didn’t let me try the shoes in my size after which she said next, “get out”!!! Waste of time and effort, she wasn’t remotely apologetic and neither was I given any sort of explanation to why I was denied the pair of shoes. Also, the rules were to try a pair and maintain social distancing, there was no social distancing whatsoever.I’m shocked at this. Do better, Concepts Dxb. Your shallowness pushes me further away from the sneaker culture, which was started to fight this kind of social and cultural hierarchy in the first place.

Huge range of Unique Branded shies

The store has alot of unique shoes and other sports gear. They often receive shoe releases that no other store in the UAE has. Follow them on Instagram to keep track of all the new releases and enter their raffles or simply buy online depending on release. Their staff is exceptionally helpful and very friendly.

They have some good urban gear.. Need to do a restock of XL tho, big carhartt fan

Horrendous customer service!I made a purchase online and received the confirmation email, only to be told a week later the item was not in stock.I then told them to proceed with the refund only to be told their “accountant” was off and i would have to wait for them to come back. After chasing up constantly i was then told another week later that they were now awaiting managers approval before they could proceed with the refund.I have asked to speak to the manager to discuss this shocking service multiple times only to be told they are out at the moment and they will call me back which they never do.It has now been over 3 weeks and the refund has only now been approved but not in my account, i apparently have to wait another FOURTEEN business days for it to be paid.Disgraceful procedures and customer services here, Avoid!

Never pay for the same day delivery It is the worst store with the worst costumer service. I called emailed whatsapped for 2 days and still no answer. I think they are loose in the head. I HAVE STILL NOT GOTTEN MY ORDER AFTER PAYING SAME DAY DELIVERY AND IT HAS BEEN 2 DAYS!!!

6 hours after copping the Turkdunken I received an SMS saying that my order got cancelled. For what?! The payment went through and all my details where right....I really want an explanation for this?

Best sneaker store in the region hands down; best products and brands assortment!

I waited for a shoe for 4 hours and we were pushed around and shouted at in the line by the extremely unprofessional and unfriendly staff working their and when we got to the front of the line they asked for my size and I was unfamiliar with the American shoe size system so I accidentally said the wrong shoe size and the staff told me go get out the line because apparently the shoe size I said was too big for me then I said let me check under my shoe for the size so I check and it’s a different size I showed the staff who kicked me out the line and they made up a story to their supervisor that I keep on pushing in the line and when I got to the front I was lying about my shoe size lots of times ( when I made the mistake once) so they kicked me out again and I never got the shoes after 4 hours and the people behind me took the shoes which were obviously too small for them and they let them get away with it. Me and my friends will never come or associate ourselves with this scam that’s a store and I recommend you don’t waist your time like we did.

Perfect for sneakerheads... They always have the latest hype shoes and other stuff. They always drop yeezys as well but expect a long queue but over all it is the best for me.

They Cancelled my Yeezy order 3 hours after getting paid and confirmed my delivery ...to finally give it to someone else...very disapointed on you to not follow the original Concept store processes...Dubai is not a place for such unfair behaviour!!

A beautiful place and a wonderful selection of sports shoes, but unfortunately, the prices are strongly exaggerated, which means that it is more than the market price of 50 riyals or dirhams, and I bought several cleaning shoes for them.
