He was very rude with us while asking on warranty, He replied that YOU ARE BUYING A SHOES NOT AN ELECTRONIC GOODS Also he said If you want to buy a Clarks shoes made of 2021, you must go to ENGLAND to find that. We bought the shoes only because of the brand image, which clarks has throughout the world.
