Beautiful & spacious store, sufficient mirrors in store. Separate section for fresh and discounted merchandise.Well maintained store.Its on ground floor.Cooperative staff especially the store manager.

I had one the best experience in the UAE in this store, the manager assistant Nader was so kind, helpful and very professional. He helped me a lot to choose my bags, shoes and everything I needed. Thanks again my dear Nader you deserve to be a store manager. Kind regards.

Completely unprofessional and lazy staff. They would still require a lot of training in terms of dealing with people in the first place. Moreover, why on earth would you charge AED 145 for delivering online orders which value is less than AED 900 ? AED 145 for delivery ??!!! What a shame !!

The staff there is arabic, very rude and racist.He is standing near the counter when my husband and I entered the store, there was a few shoppers around the store and after a bit; I saw a nice shoe near the stores entrance, I took it and see the materials closer, then the arabic guy staff shouted maam do you have gloves and I said, no and quickly returned the shoe. Then he said you can try it since you already touched. I let that sentence past, then the same style with different color attracted my eyes, I took it to see which color suits my skin tone and he shouted again maam thats the last shoe you can touch because you dont have gloves and I just let you.I nodded and smiles to show him I agreed and understand what he said and quickly bought the first shoe I tried.Now, when I asked him to assist me that I want to get the first shoe that I want, HE DIDNT EVEN STEP CLOSER, NOT EVEN ONE STEP. ( He is near the counter, I am near the entrance of the shop). But still, I let it be.Then, my husband noticed, that the other arabic lady is also touching the shoes WITHOUT GLOVES. NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE, BUT TRICE During the time we were in the store.Before the salesman take the shoe that I asked him, he went to the arabic lady to assist her for some size of the shoe and guess what, HE CAME CLOSER TO THE ARABIC LADY, AND SOCIAL DISTANCING IS NOT APPLICABLE. On top of all this, he brought the request shoe of the arabic lady first than mine.This staff is meant to do customer service no matter the customers skin color, or language she speaks. After all, we are paying the same amount.

Store manager joel from mall of the emirates kept us standing for billing around 20 mins,as he is not able to guide a lady properly and he himself got confused..brand is best but service from moe is disappointed me these time ...

I went yesterday (may 10, 2020) and the sales man is not approachable. He is not even moving to assist the people coming inside the shop.

Good collection. and not very expensive as well.
