This is the worst cargo company i worked with. they lie, they dont care about you and then they dont care about your stuff. had an awful experience and i hope no one ever uses it.had my stuff shipped and took 3 weeks to arrive instead of a few days as many times promised (something i insisted, or else i would go with another company), my stuff traveled around the globe instead to a country 6 hours away from UAE. when my stuff finally arrived, after I had to deal with customs and paperwork (that was assured it would be taken care by them) in a country where i dont speak the language, the boxes were full of mold, wet, there were cockroaches inside and all my books, clothes, etc were destroyed.after i sent an email asking for an explanation and a refund (even partial, as any respectable good company would do) i got a reply saying it was not their fault and they couldnt do anything, discarding all responsibilities (of course, since i had to pay upfront)
