A rude delivery guy came in to deliver a package, asked for my EID and showed it to him. I refuse to give it to him since I am being careful with handing over personal stuffs to strangers due to covid, he instead raise his voice on me and told me to put it above the package so he can take a photo. This old rude guy flee right away after taking the photo. I won’t hesitate to put his name here If only I have it.

Poor customer service. Khaja from export dept. in Jeddah team are very unhelpful, he couldnt even check or assist us in knowing the specific charges, very disappointed. trying to avoid your client just because u dont want to help us. very rude & impolite. we are calling u as a customer because we are seeking for assistance but ever since we are dealing with you, u dont find solution u making it hard & giving us more delays in getting the result.

5 STAR TO DO COUNTER BOYS....

Their waiting area is a mess and there are more people waiting than chairs. Staff is very reluctant as it takes a lot of time to get any document made. I personally had to wait more than an hour to collect a delivery order and it was a hassle finding parking. Took me around 20 mins to find a parking spot just to go in to the building. They should highly improve the timings of their processes and also manage the parking somehow for its customers.

Delivery order collection: for 1 and a half hour the number moved from 9020 to 9035!!!The employees at the D.O counter are so unprofessional and mostly busy on their phones! And once you complain guess what? They work even slower!The most unprofessional shipping line experience ever.

Very busy area for Parking and token need more than 2 hours to serve.. they are very organised but sooo busy

First of all you will never get parking here and pay parking available for Aed 30/2 hour...very unproffessional & slow staff at the DO counter.

Unhelpful, especially the ops team. They give you a container with old damage, which is THEIR error, and then harass you when trying to deposit it back. We have been following up for an acceptance letter for 2 days, and they know we have to pay detention to the transporter. No training in customer service. Pathetic

VERY VERY BAD STAFF AT THE DO COUNTERFirst of all their location is in the wrong place in terms of parking......everyday different rules and not friendly approaches to customers.....they just thinking not to give the DO to us.especially staff who gives token, wi have to fill the form first.....if the form not there will have to go to another office to get only the form......waisting the full day.....totally a BIG DISASTER
