The man staff was so rude.He was talking on the phone while dealing with my packages and was very grumpy since something stressful happened in his personal life. My packages were wrapped nicely but he told me to open all for inspection and he was very rude !! So I told him to stop being rude and grumpy. He changed his attitude from that point and told me that he didn’t need to check the rest of the packages anymore because I declared they were only clothes. Is it allowed not to check inside? And if yes, why he wanted me to open all at the beginning ? I was upset because he was rude, not because he wanted to check all. If it’s the procedure, he should do it even tho customers are upset. It was very confusing experience.But i put 2 star because the service is reasonable :)

The most Worst service in Dubai!!!!!. Be very very careful! They will charge double price for delivery!!!!!!! I received a parcel from Russia for which I paid double price for delivery there and her also !!!!! ! upon departure, they charge around 60$ and upon receipts they charged again around $70, but the parcel weighed a maximum of 200 gr . At the same time, they said that this was a payment for the customs of Dubai. But upon of sending it’s was nothing is said about it. Never use this company!!!!!Complete deception!!!!!

The man over at DHL counter in emirates HQ is rude and unprofessional. He abuse his position. he is grumpy with customers. not suitable for the job. please remove him. It is a nightmare to deal with him.

The staff was on the phone talking & laughing very loudly with his mask down. The moment we stepped into the unit, he hung up & pulled up his mask.. make no mistake, tt was really gd.Being our 1st time sending items home to our family members due to Covid, we had alot of questions due to uncertainties. His attitude was down rite rude, he treated us as if we were irritants.. best part was, we were the only 1s there initially, therefore we werent even holding up a line.He was the most disguntled & impatient individual we hv ever met!

Worst post service at Emirates.The documents package was delivered from Korea to UAE through the Honk Kong within 24 hours and then 3 days traveled somewhere in Dubai.

Dubai customs have ruined the time-critical service which DHL proudly been offering for ages. Customs clearance is a simple process, I work in customs field and know it very well. Packages don’t need a whole day of “inspection” because its value is over 10,000 dirhams. I’m not gonna buy some cheap motorbike riding gear, my skin belongs to my body not the tarmac. I’ve experienced DHL in many countries and so far Dubai customs are slower by 24-27 hours in comparison.

Worst Service Ever! Someone by the name of Mohamad Ismael or Mohamad Musa literally hung up on me. Worst customer service ever. Rude employees. No respect. Complained to Cunsumer right department.
