Worst service ever.I will explain you why, they drive me crazy I was shipping my documents from Dubai to Minsk Belarus. It takes only 3 working days might be sooner to get the documents on hand as per their website and the call Center representative.So the documents was handled to UPs in Belarus and no information have arrived to me where to searched follow up. As my documents was placed order as urgent base to be arrived they don’t even care.When I call to dubai branch they said call to our main office where I don’t know the location.I have searched in the google to find their contact number. So guess what I found their what’s up number and still didn’t reply then I contact with them by email they’re reply was: I’m sorry for the inconvenience that it cause you. Please speak with UAE Dubai branch where you handover the documents, I’m sorry I can’t help we based in Pakistan wow. It takes me 15 days to Find out they handover my documents to UPs here in Minsk .
