The driver told me to pick the items at 4:30pm, but then he did not pick it and told the customer service that he is calling me but no answer. At 5:16 he ring - 1 second, then 5:21 - 3 seconds. This is not calling. Then at 5:23pm until 6:37pm, Im trying to call the driver but he is not answering the phone. If you cannot do the job, pls dont tell your customers that you can because I have customers waiting for the products. I am loyal to you and just be honest to clients and to your coworkers.

Fetchr offered me exceptional services recently when delivering a Welcome Kit that was urgent. Due to a misunderstanding ( that was my fault), the package was not delivered on time. As we tried to resolve the issue, the entire Fetchr team was incredibly supportive and calm. I thank the delivery agent Hashim and the entire customer service team for their professional response and for ensuring the package was delivered on time the next day. I highly recommend Fetchr for business because I have had a wonderful first time experience

The service started off with a mistake done by the delivery representative and i had to call customer service who in turn confirmed the complaints department would get in touch with me within an hour. To my surprise the team lived up to promise and complaints team did indeed call back right away. Not only that, they happily and politely coordinated with operations to solve my issue professionally and promptly! They did an excellent coordination job and kept me informed and comfortable every step. I would like to thank Fetcher team and specially Miss Lamia for her amazing attitude and help! My initial experience using the Fetchr app was not great as the delivery driver first attempted to deliver my package to the wrong address, and then instead of fixing his mistake and delivering it to the correct address, he returned it to the warehouse with the plan to re attempt delivery two days later, and failed to inform the Fetchr team who were completely unaware of my package’s location. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to resolve this issue before they took action. I had to explain [firmly] that delaying the delivery of my parcel by two days was completely unacceptable and that it completely defeats the purpose of the Fetchr service if your package isn’t delivered as scheduled. After many apologies the customer service team worked hard to resolve my issue and finally managed to have my package delivered a few hours later. While I’m grateful that the customer service team was able to resolve my issue, I will not be using or recommending their service.

Couldnt see a worst service in the market.1. The delivery person calls you and says he has reached to deliver but he arrives 10 minutes late2. Keep calling him for 10 minutes, his phone is busy or not reachable. He is able to whatsapp but his phone remains not reachable.3. He arrives 10 minutes. I have to make an honest review so please bare with me. My Mashreq Bank ATM card with with Fetchr since last two months. And due to travel restrictions I was not able to collect it. I can ti dubai for 3 days only to collect my Debit card. Everything was scheduled after discussion with the customer service I was prepared with all documents. At the last minute the courier guy tells me that we needs a tenancy agreement to verify my address. This was just 6 hours before my flight departure time. I was nervous and called the customer service at Fetchr and Mande a complain knowing that now nothing can be done.But to my surprise I get a call from Miss Amany telling me that she will sort it out and will make the delivery today. I didn’t believe her as we were out of time. Office hours was over but she kept in touch exchanging mails with me regular.I submitted my utility bill for verification on the mail. Checked out from my hotel at 6pm and was on my way to Airport had to pick few things on my way and had return my car etc etc. I get a call from the delivery boy requesting me to meet him somewhere on my way. This came to me as a total surprise when I have just given up on the card delivery. It was around 7:30 pm when I finally received my card after completing all formalities. I then got a call from the customer service the lady apologising for the delay. I was totally amazed by the follow up form the department after working hours.I just want to thank Amany & Fetchr team for go out of their way to help me.My Nest wishes !Rashid Iqbal

Very Bad service. Even after scheduling the delivery for the said date & time on Whatsapp (bot service) they still do not deliver on time. Every time the driver calls to confirm the location which was already shared on whatsapp they still do not show up and end up receiving a message again asking to reschedule the delivery. Happened a couple of time within a span of 3 months. Totally unprofessionsal & unreliable!!!

Worst delivery service ever. They don’t deliver on time, they don’t inform you about delivery delay, they can’t even easily answer on the question- when they will deliver your shipment!

The Fletcher delivery person couldnt wait for 5 minutes for someone to come & take delivery of the package. He threw the package over the gate into the villa without even bothering what was the content of the package. This is totally unacceptable. The complaint to the Customer Care got little attention & response. There are several other good courier companies to try.

In the App and before you order they dont mention that they receive on a day and deliver on the next day. They just make you select the delivery day. Which is disappointing having to pay in advance and not notified about such inconvenience. Anyone who orders keep in mind they wont deliver on the same day of receiving the order which is against what you choose in the App. Frustrating.

Their app for some reason doesn’t let you change your mobile number. It’s been 2 years where ive requested multiple times to update my number which they claim is “done”. Causes issues and delays every time. If you want something urgently, theyre not reliable at all unfortunately.

This is not acceptable. I have an order which was supposed to be delivered last Thursday and now its canceled today without anyone contacting me saying that they tried and i didnt respond. I need to see a proof of this contact. No one contacted me. What type of business is this.They reschedule as they see fit. Not professional.Not recommended at all.

First time i used Fetchr and process was good, pick-up and delivery was on-time. Only had little delay in cash return due to some wrong details in it, however CS is always available to take action in it. Some things happen which are unavoidable however in general the company is OK. Recommendable to use.

Disgraceful service. I handed my package (cheques) to the driver on 31st August and it still hasnt arrived at its destination as of today 16th September. Customer services called me to make many excuses and even tried to get more money out of me when the fault is theirs. What an utter shambles of a company.

Overall experience was very good. Process is very smooth. But only reason for one star less is that - they destroy your packing and deliver things according 6o their packaging. If this is kind of security check, there are several alternatives of destroying packing that we do with love.

Without our permission they will reschedule the delivery… My Client Handovered the shipment to fectr om august 23. These people scheduled the order to deliver on september 2 .. such a long day. and after september 2 without my permission they rescheduled on september 9 … these people are so careless and shameless .. They will never consider the urgency of the delivery.. even if it is a emergency product they will provide fake promises and careless customer care…

The most important function of the delivery other than time and quality is the communication with the company rep. as he is the face of the company to me, this is not happened as the rep. was so offensive and he repeated the same offensive attitude twice during the phone calls discussions with me one time and with my wife another time, this is unacceptable behavior from a company of your weight

Worst Service ever I experienced in my life! Some of the staff need to learn more about caring about customers time and happiness ! nothing delivered on time, three time they called me and I confirmed the place and time .But still my important bank documents with them . I Requested them to keep it in the bank and I will collect it but they refused .

5star rating although some customer representative lack with english most of them were very accomodating and very patient in helping out or supporting for their clients.but maybe if you have whatsapp supported system or can have update with sending the location it would be greattotal experience from booking to pick up to delivery and collection of money was smooth.but some clients not well educated will be having a hard time of giving their location and to communicate via call.

3 failed delivery attempt to pick up dental equipment so far. The driver refused to take the package even though its clearly labelled and they have taken payment.My advice is if it is something important use another service.Also why have they leavened their business as Chinese Cuisine on Google?EDIT: I called support already and they told me they refuse to take medical equipment. I informed them it is not medical equipment but they just repeated they cant take it. Ive had to make arrangements with another service now because of the urgency.

They promised to deliver my shipment between 9am to 2pm and it’s been almost two hours and no one is aware where is the shipment! The call center agent promised to let the driver call me but no one did till now! No response on chat as well as Twitter!!Imagine being stuck in your place waiting for a shipment and it doesn’t arrive!! No one even called to apologize or update us the status!! Plz think twice before using their service!!

The service is more than bad, i had a bad experience with your service. The package has returned to me with damage like you guys put all the packages above each other !!!!Also, when i wrote the receiver details since the receiver is not from the UAE and he is here for couple days only and you offered the numbers of all the countries you didn’t asked for local number only!!! So i wrote the receiver number which wasn’t local. The day after the pickup day which supposed to be the day the receiver receives the package an employee called me and said sorry we cant deliver because it is not a local number!!!! Like why do you make things harder you can give the driver the number and he contact the person on WhatsApp!!!!!But she said no we cant so i gave here an local number and i said i want the package to deliver like it’s supposed to be delivered today , she said we can’t today we will deliver tomorrow!!!!Keep in mind that i tolled her that the person will leave the country today and he will not be here tomorrow so i want it to deliver today, then she said they try but of course they didn’t deliver it so i had to cancel the delivery and ask for a return when they retire it to me in this form of damage!

Worst customer service! I was advise by the driver of thr courier that they will deliver it to me next day since I encounter a problem with timing. But the driver return my item to warehouse and its not scheduled for delivery on the agreed date. Customer service called me 3x, the first two assures me it can be delivered on the same day but took me 17 minutes! One call just to verify the address, the lady cannot understand much ! The other verify and assure me that it will be delivered but the 3rd call told me they cannot deliver it.So disappointed with Fetchr!

Very bad experience after rescheduling delivery 2 times through an annoying WhatsApp algorithm and delivery person not sticking to scheduled delivery time and responding with an attitude but the customer service gentleman i spoke to, Mr. Abdelrahman Mohamed Mohamed Farahat was excellent and resolved the issue so the 5 stars are for him as I would not give Fetch more than 1

Been using Fetchr for a while, seamless and easy to use service. Far better than any other courier company at their price point in my experience. As a long time customer, I have never experienced any delays.

The app is user friendly and the pickup was fast.However, the customer service is very bad, both the call center to the drivers.The didnt not deliver my shipment, but still charged me for the try and refused to refund me.In short, use Uber for faster delivery or use the post office for cheaper option.Theres no point of making the shipments wait in your center for 1 day before delivering it. Thats exactly what the post office for and they charge 1.24 AED while you charge 30. The business model doesnt make sense.Ill never use your service again and will advice everyone the same.

I always recommend Fetchr to anyone who asks for a reliable service. In the past I have never had an issue, up until today. My parcel has been collected, but there is no proof of it, nobody knows where it is, we cannot get hold of the driver or Fetchr customer service. The Ramadan hours are unacceptable as you only collect in the mornings until 2pm. What about those of us who work? What is the option for us? No mention of new hours was mentioned on the App, still the same hours are the choices... and because of this my package is now missing. I am NOT happy!!

FETCHR~ NEGATIVE STAR! VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!! They informed me @10am my item is out for delivery & will arrive within 2-6pm to my place in Abudhabi. I wait & check my mobile every 30mns but nobody call me. I sent a message to Fetchr WhatsApp Bot Assistance over & over but nobody responded. Around 8:15pm they sent me a message saying they LOST the location? after 6hrs? REALLY? HOW? Is this their first time to deliver in abu dhabi? or They dont have gadget to locate the area? They dont know how to speak english to ask anyone? or The driver doesnt have a good knowledge in driving? So why they didnt call me then??? They disturb my work & they made me wait for nothing without an advise. Im Sure they FORGOTTEN my item. I WILL NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS COURIER EVER!

Absolute worse service treatment I have ever received from any company in the UAE. pick up was delayed by 4 days and after I contacted customer service I was told a lie about how they contacted us with no reply. I have call logs proving I was never contacted. Now, my shipment has been picked up but has not been delivered for an additional 3 days. Fetchr has rescheduled my delivery on their own without my permission or without notifying me. I have had to raise another complaint yet again, and the customer service representatives cannot tell me more than “I don’t know why this happened.” I still don’t have my shipment, it’s been over a week, and I have been stuck in calls with customer service representatives! Shameful.edit/update: Miss Amany from the customer experience has managed to resolve the issue after back and forth phone calls starting 12pm and ending 5pm. While I think her job was thorough and she was extremely patient with me, I still believe the lack of organization shown by a company whose primary role is logistics is disappointing enough for me not to ever request their services again. The individual customer experience representative is not to blame here, it is the scheduling and shipment management departments fault.

I had wasted a lot of time waiting for Mashreq debit card delivery and didnt know why it was happening. After having a call with Fetchr customer experience department everything was explained to me by Fetchr assistant and we were able to track whats exactly happening and why. Definitely recommend.

If there is a rating below Zero Ill not think twice to do it. Never deliver the item not even on spacified time but on the same day,, supposedly they deliver the item by Thursday its now Monday end of the day and they are telling me its out for delivery and with driver, 5 days out for delivery!!!!This is not acceptable, they are not professional.Will NEVER EVER use them.

The treatment from the customer service was fine and they dealt with me professionally from the beginning until now. My issue was about the late delivery only, and the delivery scheduling it took from me more than a month to receive my shipment. Because of that I will give them a three stars.

Horrible service. Customer service agents that are disengaged who don’t want to solve any problems. I provided them with all the details to deliver a time sensitive package but they failed to respect that three times in a row. Inadequate staff and unprofessional behavior.

Not a good experience. My shipment reached Jeddah on 31st early morning and it was supposed to reach me on 31st of July when i completed my purchase, however it was scheduled for delivery to 2nd of August by the call center!!. Now this is after i reached out the call center about the delay. I could have picked it up on 31st of July myself since my delivery location is 10 minutes away from your warehouse.

Terrible service, organized pickup for important competition, informed agent when booking that only 4 packages were to be picked up/returned from original 7 that were delivered, waited in house for pickup, driver refused to bring 4 packages as original had being 7, informed him pickup was for 4 as that what was organized with agent that rang to organize pickup, refused and quite agitated, rang helpline and after a fruitless 10 mins another refusal from operator Ziad, informed I now had to communicate with their website?? Quite frustrating as both driver and operator very unhelpful and not caring towards customer, I believe a course in customer service is badly needed, also why waste customers time for something that could not be completed, will not be recommending their service.

Im happy with how swift the customer service team responded to my complain. They immediately ensured that the situation was addressed and assured that my delivery will be sent to me as I specifically instructed in the beginning. Id like to believe Fetchr is a good pick-up and delivery service. My case is an isolated case which was caused by an irresponsible and unprofessional delivery personnel. I know what I will say is a bit harsh, but that driver deserves to be released by Fetchr. There are other job seekers out there that deserves to be where he is right now.

Extremely poor service. My daughters delivery missed her birthday. The shirt I was waiting for her to wear was a day late! The staff member advised me she will check if it can be sent today. Only once I demanded delivery today was it dropped off. Why does a client need to be upset to get action. Staff just say sorry but mistakes happen. And that they are taking internal action. No amount of internal action can allow me to go back in time to retake my daughters virtual party. Very very very disappointed
