Good customer service
The worst company as far as after sales service is concerned. I bought around 15 cameras for my company, 3 of them were not working so returned to them for replacement. After every week Mr Ahmed the rep of RMA for Areej give me new date for replacement, when its not working then with lots of effort i got his manager number who after listening everything gave me again one week date for replacement. After one week he diverted me again to Mr Ahmed. I was like a ping pong between them and no one cared. I did even sent email to their corporate email address but shockingly no response from them also. After six months i got my warranty back with delivery charges also paid by me by some old models analog cameras which are useless to me and still place in my store.I recommend not to buy from Areeej. There customer service is worst and you will not get back your warranty items if any items found faulty, its yours then....Thanks
Poor support services.
This company i gave them my NVR to reprogramming tell now i couldnt get my NVR and no 1 answer the call.
Areej Group have the worst customer services Ive ever seen in my life , NOT RECOMMENDED !!
