Got house automation through them in my new house 6 months back and in these 6 months it has been a pain.They dont pick up the phones. The system collapses and there is no way to restore it.The doors get locked permanently and it can be very dangerous for old people and kids. They will not respond even after continuous requesting. Very poor quality things provided. Not worth the pain.It has been 15 days I am calling them, my front door and side doors are locked and we are using the kitchen door to enter the house.Pathetic service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! I ordered a camera online. It took over a month to deliver after me chasing them with emails and when it arrived it was the wrong model and they refused to change it. I am reporting them for theft so save yourself the hassle
