Palm jumeriah security command office , its good for safety to the guys working in and safety for the villa owners ,staff are very polite and co operative ,only the security check in guy dont have manners to talk.Staffs are very helpful in the basement section .

This is the Head office of the Plam Jumeirah Securitycalled as Plam Jumeirah Command and control centerif your are visitor and you want to visit there for private villas so you have to go first there and give your details about your documents and when they finish the documentation and after when you get the pass from the office then you are authorised to go to the private valla areas otherwise No

Daily while we walk along the beach from Oceana Residence til Five, security stopped us Not allowed area, I have instruction from Control room, if you walk further I will call police. 1. Security is to feel we are secured not annoyed. 2. We do not do any criminals.I tried explain to security: We are there not to swim to walk. If we would like to swim we have own pool and beach. Walking is normal on the beach...End of we had discussed with Control room, and issue was solved.Now we do enjoy with our morning and evening walk along the beach.❤

The staff are very slow, people were waiting for more than half an hour to get a pass, need some more staff to entertain the visitors to get a pass. Just two receptionist cant handle it.

Vegan gluten-free is roast!This meal was lovely and service was great, especially the attention from the manager & chef in regards to the gluten-free aspect. However, the cost of this roast is inclusive of a glass of house wine which is NOT vegan & no substitute beverage was offered other than sugar based soft drinks but after discussion the restaurant did allow me to have a bottle of water. What concerns me for other people is they may assume the wine is vegan & also it might nice to offer a beverage other than fizzy pop.The roast came with unlimited sides which was good for the price and think with a few people having a roast together this is a really nice touch. The main feature of the roast was a kind of mushroom style but roast which was tasty.I would go back again and do recommend trying this roast out but I think some slight tweaks to the menu (buttered peas on a vegan roast?, non vegan wine?) would be a benefit to the restaurant and guests.

A place where you can take permit to work to work in the Frond of Palm. Employees are very nice and good service provided by them.

One hour job in customers unit need two hours of waiting in line for getting work permit. Need better system to get it done fast.

You know if we go to do making pass its take very long time we came from 9.10 to 10.35 i got the pass. And we go to painting marina residence1 for painting we have to there 15 min take.if we Star work at 11 clock how we finish work one day,customers requires one day finish the job.

Command control center of palm jumeirah. Palm jumeirah has A to P fronds. One of the best man made island. Palm jumeirah has shoreline, golden mile, marina and palm view east and west has apartments. Frond A to Frond P has villas. These villas having very beautiful location one side beach view and another side road.

24/01/201910:12 AmGood day.I moved recently to palm jumeirah,shorline.I went to SBC customer service to apply for access card for palm facilities. The receptionist was singing and not care at all about customer or how customer service should be. She took my documents and asked me to come tomorrow to get my access cards for me and my wife.Few hours later she called asking for NOC from owner, which she didnt ask for it when i was there and as i mention earlier she was singing and doesnt care for her work at all, anyway i send her what she asked for.... few minutes later she called asking for marriage certificate...I told her why you dont ask me before about all documents needed. She replied you can take my name and complaint.The worst experience i ever had with SBC customer for shoreline which is belong to nakheel .
