Had a very bad experience with Top1 security services at Al Khaleej center where this guy at 11pm shift at the ground level abused me and questioned me to prove that I am a lady, shouting and throwing attitude additionally the supervisor was least interested to take care of the case hence had to seek Dubai Police help.Highly recommended not to have this security services as they are not at all professional.

Had a horrible experience today ( 05/08/2020 ) with an employee by the name Mark ( Filipino ) @ Al Khaleej centre . Unprofessional behavior and verbal abuse and threat to physically harm me all for trying to enter the mall during business hours. What a pathetic personality and he is surely an embarrassment for the Filipino community sorry to say. I have huge respect for Filipinos but this guy has an attitude problem and definitely needs better training and is in the wrong profession. Disappointed with the organisation to be honest. Never again Top 1. Good riddance. I sincerely hope this issue gets taken care of as nobody needs to face the same disgusting experience.
