Royal falcon security Dubai dont have a good HR, she is not representing the company and she careless of the security guards

Unfortunately, this company allows their reckless employees to drive the roads of Dubai in a dangerous fashion, jeopardizing the lives of other motorists without caring in vehicles emblazoned with Royal Falcons logo and phone number. My wife and daughter and I were tailgated and harassed on Sheikh Zayed Road by just such a careless and insensitive individual. Why anyone might dare to entrust their security to these people is entirely beyond me. To the leadership of this company: building a successful brand starts with a positive vision and a culture of caring about your employees, your customers and the community.

I spend 3 years in this company its totel only waste of your time because of poor management many time you should tink when you want to join this company

No work for new employees , no salary to old employees all are sitting idle already. Dont pay for visa

THEY NEVER PAY COMPLETE SALARY TO THEIR EMPLOYEE ACCORDING TO HIS CONTRACT OR AFTER 2 MONTH THEY GIVE ONE MONTH SALARY
