It is all about the location here ... the rest is below average . Poor finishings , poor quality , limited aminties , and vert tight overpriced units ( especially in Maples ).

Beautiful housing colony. The guards are polite and professional. Houses are mostly semi-detached and well made. Its a nice thriving community and a great place to raise a family at. Quality of construction from what I have heard from my friends, is pretty good, and why not? Its constructed by Emaar, the premium builder & developer of Dubai.
