I had a very bad experience with this school recently. It was really heart wrenching for me. My son Muhammad Abdullah Tanveer was a student here from last 3 years. This year because of pandemic I submitted the fees little late. The 1st day for year 4 I dropped my son to school n came to know that they didn’t allow him to sit in class. After a hectic effort I got inside the school, I was told as I submitted the fees late, there is no seat for my son available. I was told by registrar Kitty Shah that my son is in waiting list. I was shocked that after taking payment of re enrollment and 1st term fees how can they say this. 2 weeks my son was at home n I went everyday to speak to Miss Mamtha to adjust my son in class. Spoke to Mr. Carl the principal, requested everyone but there was no use. This was totally Accountant Mr Joshy mistake who took the fees. If there was not seat, he should not take fees. I spoke to accountant Mr Joshy who is vey rude n don’t know how to admit his mistake. They must have given my seat to someone who is very special to them( favoritism).I have launched complain in KHDA. I am writing here so that everyone should know that there is no professionalism in Westminster staff. There is only favoritism, partiality. I am highly disappointed. My son got admission in a vey good school. But these 15 days I will never forget when I was requesting them to take my son as the fees was already paid.

This school needs to hire some one who can receive the calls. Its been a week ive been trying to call on but no one picks up the call. This shows how the schools management is. Ill make a complaint to KHDA.

So far, this is one of the best schools in Dubai and Sharjah. Teachers are very kind and nice. The students are well literate and I am having an amazing experience with the studies. I am recently in grade 9. We had online studies which wasnt a very good option to study in a much better way. But now we are able to go to this school and the education of the school is outstanding! I give all my love and life for Westminster for teaching and making a great leadership for me in the future! Love to all staff members, teachers, teams, CEO, Vice principle, and The main Principle!

My son was studying in Grade 3 when one day he had accidentally fell down on the ground during school hours and his lower lip was injured. He had then visited the school clinic and later on the teacher informed me that my son was minutely injured and that he was okay. I had asked the teacher repeatedly if he was really alright or if i needed to come and pick him up from school, but the teacher replied in a nutshell that he was okay and that i hadnt needed to come pick him up. When he got back home after school, we found out that his lip was extremly swollen and he was unable to speak. He was in severe pain. I was shocked to see that in such a situation, the teacher had told me that everything was okay and that i had nothing to worry about.Im not writing this as a parent whos emotional for their child, rather Im writing this since i only have a question regarding why the teacher misinformed me and what was harm there was in being honest with a students parent. I could have helped resolve the issue quicker rather than having him suffer in silence the entire day.There are several other things I could say here about the school transport system but I dont want to touch on that as of right now since this incident is enough to describe the responsibility the school staff takes. I would request all parents to think 10 times before you admit your child in this school and to ask the current student themselves about all other situations and their opinions on it.

The worst school ever seen,very poor educational system and very bad behaviour from all staff and teachers. Principal is like decoration for the schoold they bring him as image as theres not even 1 teacher speackes english properly in this school hust Indians and Egyptians and i will let you imagine the details ..very useless classes like PE and games ect...they give a week plan like only 2 main classes and the rest are games and reading even without teachers ..3 times a week math class is without teacher everytime they aend links to the students without any explanations..this school is a jocke if you have minimum of care for your child dont register them here.After i wrote this review they called me from the school and begged me to edit my review to dont cause any problems for them😒of course i refused because its my duty to share an honest review. But i promissed to editing if i see any improvement wish wasnt the case at all...after a midterm breack the first day back to school teachers wasnt available without even informing like allways they keep lieying to the parents and giving bad excuses..while they are just busywithsome literacy competition..as i said before the school is a jocke🙄3 days now my child is not having classes just seating there and some staff is repeating some of the previous sessions. I made a mistake by registering this year but i will correct it enchallahby never join my kids here

Hiring one white guy as principle does nothing to improve this schools credibility. Hes likely the only one being paid a decent wage, most likely only for his skin color and passport. He knows that too.If anything, they need to fire all the indian teachers and only hire western educated teachers on high salaries to drastically improve the quality of education. Otherwise this school is a lost cause.

This school is very insensitive and unsanitary. Some teachers are cooperative with some students , although many teachers , yell, hit , belittle the students . The schools mails are very outdated and some students dont comprehend the current situation because of it there is no way ,under any circumstance, that a child should study here . If there was a zero star icon I would press it.

The school is good but not the best, its not even the worst.I mean some teachers are kind of offensive and only teaches the good students, but most teachers are really thoughtful and really try to teach the students. As for bullying I dont think there are any bullies here, because I never saw anyone getting bullied (or heard) but yes there are times the students say mean stuff but you can not label them as bullies just because they said something mean, I mean bullies do even worst stuff. Teaching is not bad at all, if you study there or have a child studying there you know that the teachers provide worksheet for us in my learning , they give us the important notes and what else do you want? Is your child does not study with all these resources it is your childs fault why are you blaming the school, just think about it the teachers cant shove all the information in there brain the students need to be responsible enough to learn by themself. Overall this school is not that bad

An incredibly irresponsible school with very unorganised management. Teachers are not aware of the students and no teaching takes place. Everyone who goes there is forced to take private tuition whether they like it or not because of how bad the quality of teaching is. GEMS Education is all about fancy looks and nothing really gets done here.

They have facilities to teach but not very effective learning experience for kids since some are are not able to understand the topics and dont have a good communications with the teachers..i really feel they should change their way of approaching..and also provide a qualified guidance counselor since many of us students face day to day problems in which we hope to get some support from..its okay to talk to the teachers but they dont know how to cope with our situation and help us through it...this is a lot for the Westminster students; they are put on a lot of pressure and this causes a lot of damages not just in our social lives but academically as well

One of worst( if not the worst) school in uae1.They expect every student to automatically be an genius with minimal help from teachers.2. Teachers force students to speak in English the whole day except in Arabic and Islamic classesHowever not one teacher communicates with the other in English mostly in Urdu3. Students who have trouble understanding well are often described as doesnt have a good attitude towards learning4.if classes are loud or noisy instead of complaining to the head, the teacher pulls 5 students aside teaches them the full topic so when the paper that is given out clarify if all students finished the portion and ready for examination it straight away goes to one of these 5 students to fill it5. Every single toilet in this school is disgusting except teachers washroom6. How can I forget how perfect and flawless the school looks during inspection weekI extremely advice you not to enroll your children hereAnd yes I refuse to show my name because instead of fixing the problem theyll force me to delete thisPs. Theres more points that I didnt state here. Just so you can go and ask one of the STUDENTS about how they feel about their school.

I dont know how is this school for education but one thing is common that nobody is picking the phone, I tried to call many times to ask my kids entrance exam result but nobody picked up the phone I personally visited than I got result. Customer service is absolutely not good in dubai campus.
