This school is fun. Even though I miss Winchester it’s more fun here . Lots of fun things happen for my first 9 days of school plus whenever I feel this school isn’t good for me something like my classmates do something funny that cheers me up like one time one of my classmates in Break he did some cringe music like crazy frog me and one student felt it was funny and embarrassing at the same time. I hope this school year would be fun then any school year I have been in

I worked for 26 years in Cambridge international school Dubai..I love the school and specially the time management is great...I really learn lots of new teaching skills..I salute all the staff for all their hard work..keep it up..

Dont get me wrong, its a good school and all. I am a secondary student studying in this school. 2 stars for the nice campus and the teachers emotional and inspirational speeches. But here is where things get worse. Ok I removed 1 star because of student disciplinary. My classmates are so mannerless. I have been hit 3 times by flying books and a ID card. There is so much more but it will probably exceed the word limit. In short, the students are totally unrefined. i removed another star because of teachers coordination. They are very good, Ive had the best learning maneger ever, but sadly they have no control over the class. They just call the HOD, the vice-principle, or the principle, whoevers room is nearest. They just teach from Youtube videos, and they dont inform you about any change in classrooms. In fact, my whole class wondered around the school, with our bags for an hour, only looking for our science class. Also the fact that they blame the whole class for ones mistake, which is kind of a shame. -2 star for the break time. The school has the absolute worst break time rules. You cant sit in class, even in Summer. You have to go outside on the field, bus parking, basketball field, etc. and you cant even bring your food along with you ? Man, its just a totally messed up system and I hope the school fixes these problems.

I wish I could remove that one star that I put in order to write this. Here’s my story, this school has taken all my time, energy and money. I highly highly do not recommend this school to anyone. And especially the principal and Vice Principal do not care about the students at all whatsoever. All the students go there for proposal, prom night, and Valentine’s Day. The teachers are least bothered, they are incapable of teaching the students so they force the students to drop all their subjects for no apparent reason. This school is miserable and literally the worst school I have ever seen or been in, in my life. Please this is my request to all parents to please not put your children in this school, they don’t learn anything, they speak bad language, and that’s all they do. All my fathers hardened money was spent in that school. I wish that school doesn’t exist. I was a student there and please don’t ignore this message.

Terrible school. My kids spent two of their worst schools years there. I would never recommend it to anyone. I was expecting so much more from them, unfortunately it turns out that they do not stand up to their reputation as a high quality education provider.

One of my favourite school campuses. I have studied here for 8 years and this is my ninth. If you are searching for an IGCSE school, this is the way to go it is also ones bang for a buck so, make sure you check it out. By the way this is coming from a current student of this school. I love this school and it is like a second home for me!!!! The teachers are also very pally but, in the meantime, strict to ensure student development. 👍👍👍😁😁😁👌👌👌😃😃😃😎😎😎 BUT..... Over the years GEMS in general has gotten so confusing...... The reports are a little odd... (e.g.) I have done year 6 then the next academic year I did grade 7 (year 8). So, now I am in year 9 but in my report it says view your year 7 report...... The funny thing is that I NEVER DID YEAR 7!!! So this seems a little strange to me.....

This school is basically worse than my foot. my foot could teach better. i have no idea why its called international when its actually like you walk into mini kerala. the teachers have no experience and there are no rules. I highly disrecommend you to come to this rubbish school only the name is good but the school is worse than my foot.

A terrible school. The teachers are substandard. Despite the angrezi name this is a low quality Indian school with no direction. Class sizes are large with no attention given to the individual. No link to the university from which it uses its name - only scams parents and takes high fees. Better use other schools if you are serious about your child’s education

Am a year 1 parent, shocking state of management, increased fees however student strength shot up from 22 to 30 in a classroom with no dedicated teaching assistant.

Honestly, a pretty decent deal. Obviously nothing compared to schools like Wellington and the sort though I must say being the first Gems school in Dubai it held a pretty high standard back in its day which the new principal, Lachlan MacKinnon, has been working a great deal to restore back to the modern standard both visually and academically which I have to say I GREATLY appreciate. Facilities are well rounded (consistent tables and chairs as of this year!), though teachers can be a bit of a hit or miss around each department. From personal experience, the arts and drama department is particularly phenomenal in student performances as well all student-teacher relationships. This school had its shaky moments in the past but holds great history (first to bring BTEC in) and is slowly building into the perfect middle-ground school, would recommend depending on your budget.

This school is good but i wouldnt recommend this for IGCSES and other qualification exams but primary and half of secondary is really good but some teachers are terrible for example the ICT teachers teach from YouTube without having any experience and some teachers just give you the books without them knowing anything

Ive been in this school since Kg 1 so ik what is going on and I LOVE my school so much idk y❤its actually great but the only thing I dont like is the uniform. Lots of friends I have and the school is really communicative😃keep going like this CIS. Now new principal so new rules maybe.
