I worked here as a Teacher in Business Department 3 years back. There was an interview and Demo which was admired and they offered me a position. On my first day of joining, I was asked to join back my previous school which was height of unprofessionalism. I told the principal it’s not possible because I have already resigned. Somehow they decided to go with their words, but then on job my HOD who was Ms Dalia Efraij started looking forward to point out small mistakes (even when she was making bigger ones) and emailing the top management about small things. Then on the last day of probation they gave me a foolish reason to extend my probation by three more months, which was the end of session. And then on the last of my 6 months probation which originally had to be 3 months, they gave me a termination letter stating no reason, just that it was ‘their right’ to end the contract. They didn’t even think for a moment that they are ruining my career. No complaints No warnings, All students were happy and satisfied, even some of them reached out to the management but no response. The good part is: after leaving them I worked at amazing places and now I am also recognised by two international examination bodies as their assessment specialist. However, I have heard that there is a new principal who has a better approach, and perhaps he can make things better. Please also note that they terminated two more competent teachers. I suggest that the Government should take notice of such organizations who take unfair advantage of the probation periods, especially the ones terminating staff on the last days of probation. I mean why would some one keep an incompetent worker for 6 months. The respected Government should investigate into the matter, as losing a job in Dubai is depressing because of the expenses that you have to meet. Anyone who would ask the parents and students will definitely vote positively about me. If there was an investigation, it would have been clear who is exploiting. There are also good things about them like in terms of salaries they are good. That’s all.

Went here to play. The gymnasium is a great place for badminton. Just hoped the vending machine worked, although maybe that’s a covid thing. I don’t really know these days so bring your own drinking water as much as possible. There’s no shower as well for the meantime due to covid. There are also rules to follow during covid so if you want to play, make sure you are aware of them. Bring face mask, alcohol and tissue/wipes for disinfection.

We really love playing on their badminton court as it is very clean, spacious and well maintained facilities. I just had a bad experience with the impolite manner of the person managing the court. He should learn how to be polite and professional when he is speaking to the customer. Overall experience is good, only thay my suggestion is the management should train their personnel on their communication. Thank you.

This school is absurd, teachers arent educated which doesnt provide them with power over students. In addition, students are required to supply the school with actual stationary (ex: colored papers, markers, foam boards, white board markers, paint, paint brushes, etc.) which is unacceptable since there is an art classroom filled with expired items! Therefore, enrolling your childern is not reccomended.

Worst school to educate ur kids or ever work, parents run the whole deal, superior admin, non qualified admin make unreasonable curriculum changes without considering the opinion of teachers. Some parents need serious therapy! To the lady who is talking about the security guard from other nationality, those people from other nationalities built ur country, educated your wild kids, and taught you hardly how to write sentences in both English& Arabic.

A large model school, most of whose students are Gulf nationals. The staff in the introductory stage are excellent and perform their work with care and care for the child and the parents. Had it not been for the conditions of transportation, we would have continued with them to the university. Thanks for your help and diligence
