Really a good spot of youre a cofee lover, their cold coffee is famous. And its only the place in Dubai even at 2 am you can find the best coffee. The staff service is really good and up to the mark. Really a good spot for the coffee lovers

A pleasantly warm, chilled out cafe . The owners are genuinely friendly and welcoming - no fake smiles or salesman dialogue . You’ll always find a group of people hanging around, and a number of patrons can be seen here almost daily. Not to mention - they play some real chic tunes.I’d recommend the cafe to anyone who’d like to have a drink and sit down to chat in a totally laid back, chill atmosphere.My recommended menu item - Hot Chocolate. Utterly smooth and utterly chocolatey.

A brand new tea place with an amazingly friendly vibe, had a chat with one of the co-owners as well and got to know a lot about their mission and vision. Two young entrepreneurs who want to bring back the old school cafe vibe at affordable pricing. A sure to try destination for college kids, families and even couples due to their amazing service and equally breathtaking aesthetics.

Really fun upstart karak cafe with chill owner and pickup guitar music. Good crowd around it at night. Pretty tasty special karak with fresh milk. Nice new addition to karama stopovers.

The tea (karak) is amazing and the location is even cooler. Karama just got a new hot zone for everyone to chill and relax. Would definitely recommend trying out their classic karak.

If your looking for an awesome and welcoming place to satisfy your Chai needs, Park and Sip is definitely the place to visit! The second you park your vehicle, or arrive on foot, you are warmly welcomed by either Ray or Puneet who are always all smiles and ready to serve. Im personally addicted to the Saffron Chai, and their epic Davidoff Coffee! Check them out asap!

Great place to chill while having some amazing coffee.

Been there with friends after dinner, tried the FRESH MILK CHAI , SAFFRON CHAI, and SULAIMANI.The sugar was a bit less we felt.Menu is limited (as of now).  A brief chat with the Proprietors Punith and Ray where they mentioned of more items like Sandwiches  being added to the menu shortly.The first thing that you notice about the place is  its white --- sparkling white with artificial green plants (unfortunately). A lot of effort has gone in setting up the place , also there are books here that you can read.This area will soon become a food street of sorts with many themed restaurants - Tamarind, Al Afahdil , Kabab Bistro already making their presence.
