I like the entrance ambiance to start with , nice clean and spacious as well . Good premium options of sushi, salmon, good beef options . Free flowing soft drinks , big tables . They can increase their veg options . But overall was awesome and worth it. Also nice ice cream, fruits and loved the rice and noodles options

One of the best hotpot restaurant in the UAE that I have been too. The ambiance of the place is so Asian vibe. 💖 Upon entrance you will find a very fancy waiting area with a very Japanese vibe adorned with cherry blossoms tree, the best spot to take a picture with your friends and family. We paid 59 AED for the buffet. We were able to taste unlimited BBQ, hotpot, chicken wings, ice cream and desserts. We spent an hour on the place, the staff are very friendly and they make sure to clean our tables every time we finish a dish. The restaurant is clean, classy and well airconditioned, it’s well ventilated and you will not smell like you are from fiery of smoke after you dine. I’ll definitely go back!

It kept popping up on my insta so we decided to visit. We left stuffed but they still hv alot to improve on. I called to book but they said they dont tk bookings on Friday, we reached there n were sent upstairs. I almost fell.. The floor felt like someone had thrown 5 liters of oil.. We were literally sliding about. We sat down n noone explained to us what had to be done (are we getting our own food or is someone bringing it to us)? Went to get food... Cold!!!!! Cold food? 🤔 I had to call someone and ask. Food served buffet style with everyone serving themselves should never be cold if it originally is not served cold. The waiter said oo maybe something is wrong with the hot plate its sitting on. The general hygiene of a place serving food was a concern. It was pretty crowded (affordable food) what I saw online was not what I saw when I visited but over all.. We still found a way to enjoy the evening.

My family were not used to Hot Pot foods, though my relatives are.. they like it. We went on a Friday dinner, which was not a good day to have a HotPot foods as its crowded. Cant enjoy the food being our table are next to the Buffet/Hotpot Foods stall, which peeps used to crowd and get the foods to cook.. the Chicken and Beef having a dull taste, even they are being marinated, but they have a selection of condiments which you can deep these meat.. There are only 2 kinds of Sushi, both we dont like, we can still taste the sourness of the rice vinegar mix on the sushi rice, having the taste like it was spoiled already. The ice cream brand they have, dont have sweetness at all.. though 4-5 flavors they are having.. overall, we find it between 2 - 3 stars..

A friend invited us over to try the Hot pot Buffet!! The concept was new to us, Reached there by around 1pm and we had stomach full food untill 4pm :) , well worth its price. 59AED per person for all you can eat and drink !All the meat are marinated and kept, pick your choice of meat and seafood, cook it on ur table with your preference of heat!! The staff is very welcoming, we had an amazing experice served by Nibeyu and Zen, they made sure we felt comfortable !I would recommend this place to anyone with a hungry appetite !!

Parking may be a challenge at peak hours. Restaurant is clean and comfortable. Good for family and friends get-together. Very casual setting. Buffet has fair selection of items which consist of meat, seafood, vegetables, cooked food, sushi and ice cream. They’ve also got soft drinks and water as part of the buffet price which is excellent especially when the buffet is only at 59 Dirham per person. Quality of food is reasonable and the servers are quite attentive and helpful. Overall, we had a good experience as a family. 👍🏼

It was a love at first sight when we first visited this restaurant in Burjuman. We couldn’t resist the tasty unlimited food that they have in the buffet. The ambiance is so inviting that you can’t stop from taking lots of photos and videos. It was so cozy, worth it and affordable for as low as 59 aed in 2 hrs. I would loved to extend my gratitude to all the team who did the great job. Ms Sonina the Mngr. who made my booking real smooth and greated us upon arrival. To Nebiyu who’s been so active and anticipating all our needs such a wonderful person who also cracks a jokes. To the filipina ( Im sorry i forgot her name ) she’s been really doing great to managed all the guests needs. To all the Chefs who made these tasty and mouth watering food kudos to all of you. Disrespectful staff.. Instead of saying, please put on your mask, the guy said where is your mask very disrespectful, it was some Indian guy. Other than one or two all the waiters had an attitude which is worst than the garbage.There is no reason to put several ads about your company if your management and majority of waiters has an attitude problem

To be honest, the quality of the food is very very poor, it looks nice (on the picture) but taste like paper, chicken, beef and seafood all taste the same and chewy.Very crowed table setup, and every 5min someone is cleaning the corridor, difficult to move around to bring food to the table.It’s so crowded that I felt claustrophobic sitting there to eat.The good thing is that it seems clean and staff are friendly.Not being meticulous on my expectation for a budget buffer place, however I’ve definitely been to much better ones with the same price range in Dubai.

This newly open buffet BBQ & HOTPOT Restaurent. It’s has second level upstairs, the biggest restaurant for bbq hotpot I have been so far in Dubai. For 59 dirham open buffet so worth it. Great place for BBQ and hotpot in Dubai. 59 dhs for all-you-can-eat and drink is a true bargain. Selection includes salmon, squid rings, shrimps, fish balls, beef, chicken and tofu along with salad, sushi, hot snack, soft drinks water and ice tea. Ice cream and cake are also available along with a wide variety of sauce. Staff is attentive and every now and then they come check if you need any assistance. Will be back for sure!!

Seating:We were sent upstairs to the corner window area where no social distancing precautions are in place. There was barely walking space in between tables and no screen separations (which they have on the ground floor, so I didnt understand the concept). Tables were so close to each other that are neighbors conversation made it impossible to hear our own.Staff:Basically no interaction. So neither good or bad.They were sweeping the floors constantly around everybody and it made no sense to me at all having someone sweeping around my feet every 10 minutes. Same person was then on the very narrow aisles so getting any food was a whole procedure.Ambiance:Basic. Nothing stood out. Just a budget place to eat and in no way the adds depict the reality specially in size. Its not a big place or maybe there are just too many tables.Food:Way below average quality. The soups had no taste (and we ordered both, regular and spicy. The spicy had just one or two chillies floating) and the bowl was very small even for two.The meat was just bad, very thick cuts and chewy. The sushi had literally no flavor. And the fried items were soaking in oil.They do have a wide selection of items to BBQ but honestly the quality was below average.We have tried multiple hot pots and we were looking forward to this one due to the advertising. But with all my respect to the establishment there is a lot of room for improvement.

Delightful and delicious. Good spread with fresh ingredients and wide variety of seafood and meat items. The beef could be sliced thinner for the hot pot, but overall great tasting food.The restaurant was well spaced out and had nice decor.However the hostess was very grumpy and did not have a pleasant or welcoming attitude. Can also work a little more on the cleanliness. Same gloves used to clean table and touch our cutlery.

Good vibes. Cooker was designed really well. Ceiling is higher so you wont smell like hotpot after you eat.It just weird that they put wax paper on their griller.

The place is worth your money. The meat was well marinated, many variety of options. Servers and front desk were really polite and nice. Mr Nebiyu was serving us and his customer service was on top. He makes sure to check up on us if we needed something and he was very kind and polite.There were many varieties of options for food and its worth the try :)

Had a Great Experience here at The Fiery Hotpot Restaurant. I was surprised by the number of options we had to eat from. There was a Buffet that included a variety of food; from sushi, rice, noodles etc., Marinated Meat, Fish and Poultry, and even unlimited beverages alongside dessert. The food was prepared fresh and the option of us cooking some of the food ourselves really gave us that freedom of cooking the food to our liking. Moreover the staff were very welcoming and professional. They would come every now and then to ask us if they could assist us in anyway. Our Waiter was Mr.Nabiyu a very kind man eager to be of help to anyone who asked or not. Thank you for a great Evening. Me and my friends will definitely be coming back here to eat.

My top hotpot place now 😍 you just need to wait a bit to get a table because this place is very busy. But its worth the wait. The foods are very delicious. I love the barbecue. They had icecream also, well its always my dessert after eating a lot. And they have sodas. Yum! I will come back here whenever we want to eat hotpot.

Another place highly recommended for unli barbecue and hotpot. You love the food theyre offering. Hot, spicy, sweet, cold everything they have. The cue is so long and you have to wait but once you get your table, you will enjoy your meal. It is highly recommended for groups because eating together is much fun. The hotpot was excellent but the barbecue was very bland. The buffet food too tike to be replaced.The staff were a bit slow. We had to get up multiple times to search a staff to pick our plates.Overall experience was good. The ambiance is nice.There is always a waiting and sometimes it would be good if they could reserve tables.

I LOVED the food here!!! it was such a vibe , as well as a fun way to spend time with your family grilling and eating together. 59 aed all you can eat hotpot and bbq. Soft drinks and water included. Was very hard to find parking as it was a busy time and many restaurants in that area.In my opinion, the food quality was not that good compared to other hotpot places in dubai. Small selection of fresh veggies. The sesame/peanut sauce paste was off colour and didnt taste too good. Crabsticks tasted strange. Beef and lamb rolls were very tough and hardly edible. Only ice-cream available for dessert, and the ice cream scoop was very dirty and sticky from the previous person. I didn’t like it. However, friendly staff but I doubt this would be my next hotpot venue again.

So far i didnt find any other options better place than this in terms of food and price. The staff is amazing,, Especially Suzina she is a Mama in this place haha. Also Ali who always taking care our table, and the sushi Guy perhaps (Zihat) ,, Sorry for that I literally forget his name :( But he is always nice.. All of them are always give their best service and treats us like a VIP one. Best for the soup taste.. which i really like them.. Just in a bit addition for you guys, to keep stand for the standart of service even though you guys busy, and keep the cleanliness for the cutleries and plate and all the stuff on the table (sometimes I found something bit dirty). I really wanted to try the food here but my husband and I were completely disappointed by the rudest staff member I have ever encountered. Staff service at this place was disgusting and disrespectful before even spending five minutes in the venue.I had called earlier in the day and tried to make a reservation, but was told I can’t make a reservation for before 9pm. When I made a reservation for 9pm for a table for 2, they said “No need ma’am, we will have a table for you.” And immediately the phone was put down.When we showed up, there was a 50 person waiting list and we wouldn’t be seated for 30mins. The two ladies standing there were rude, ignorant and extremely arrogant in speech and action.

The ambiance is good for family or friends get together and the foods are so delicious and affordable. Mr.Alam, the server, was so accommodating and friendly enough to introduce some of the menu for today or whats to try. Hope we can go back here again next week.

The ambience of the place is good..Food was ok but some items has not refilled ..and biggest negative point was we couldnt eat comfortably as it is too hot inside no AC i suppose.the heat of the hotpot is so unbearable as there is less AC or not at all inside.Other than that food variety is fine.Like the taste as well.But couldnt eat as we expected due to the heatness.

The quality of the meat is not nice, the beef is too thick and chewy its clearly a cheap quality. I liked the vegetables only and its not worth paying for only boiled vegetables. I love hot pots and I was looking forward to trying this place...Also, the pots were too small and the table were super uncomfortable, I hope you guys can improve from the reviews

Amazing place with variety of food I missed from home. The staff were very hospitable and welcoming. We came with children and they were very playful and friendly to them. A staff named Alam kept checking on us to see if we were happy and he catered to our needs as much as possible. This particular lady staff Muriel even recommended which ingredients are good for grilling or for hotspot. That was great especially as we are not experienced in hot spot meals. She was also very nice and interactive with the children - they both liked her.Also, Mr. Basser Khan was very hardworking and made sure we had a nice space in our eating table - without seeming to rush us.All in all a good experience and would go again.
