Ambience:A very well located restaurant right in the heart of Emaar boulevard. The interior is simple yet very comfortable . It’s very spacious with windows all around which makes it really cool as you can see all the movement happening in the boulevard while enjoying your meal.⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️Food:Absolutely amazing. One of the best Arabic foods I’ve had in the past 25 years living in Dubai. Very fresh ingredients , very tasty with a great presentation and the right portion.⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️Service:Very attentive staff, super sharp and helpful. We really enjoyed the food here. The view was gorgeous, and because of a minor inconvenience, my family and I got free ice cream, and it was amazing. I would come here again. Many other nearby restaurants cannot compare.

Some of the best Lebanese that you’ll find in Dubai. We came here for Iftar and the food was incredible. From the apps to grill meats and entrees I must say that we were very happy with all the dishes.It was impressive that the food was so good since especially for Iftar they have to bring it all out at once and they are cooking in quantities.They also have shisha in the smoking area so it’s a nice way to close out a meal.

Had a great lunch there... they are listening to social distancing rules which is great to see. The restaurant is surrounded by glass so it feels like your outside and it is airy as well. The food is top quality Lebanese food - really good from the starters through to the main course and desert... well recommended for Lebanese food lovers.

Here you can have high end Lebanese food that’s excellent. Personally I loved every dish I tried. UPDATE: I just had lunch here and everything was excellent including the outstanding service by Mohammad. My only complain is that they don’t answer their phone. I’ve tried many times to call and they almost never reply. UPDATE 2: Today I’m taking away one of their stars. They had to go and ruin a good thing. The whole restaurant now stinks of shisha and smoke. I went yesterday and complained. They sat me upstairs and we were the only ones sitting there. I’m not sure if that’s a non smoking section now or what. The whole world is moving (has moved) to non smoking and we in Dubai are moving in the opposite direction.

Finally got to try this new gem on the boulevard, we can certainly recommend it.A very warm and friendly welcome, attentive service, and a check in by the manager all served to make us feel like old friends returning to a favored eating spot. For me, this is what rounds off good food to make a great experience.I will recommend you reserve a table in the shisha section so you can enjoy a boulevard view with open windows allowing the perfect Dubai winter weather to add to your experience. For non-smokers, thanks to the wide open windows and great ventilation, you can enjoy this space without feeling intoxicated by the shisha vapors. If that’s not your vibe, there is a non-smoking section at the rear though this does not enjoy the same views and cosmopolitan feel of the front of house.It’s Lebanese cuisine, freshly made, and tasty, and the price is very reasonable, with main dishes averaging out between AED 60 and AED 80, while the mezze ranges from around AED 30 to AED 60.Highly recommend the hummus with pine nuts, lentil salad and meat shawarma. I was there at the restaurant today evening with my son and ordered 2 shawarma and an ice cream but unfortunately my 3 cards didnt work. The person who was attending me (Iam not sure his name) was kind enough that he served me the order without taking any amount from me. I insisted that I will leave as I couldnt pay but he said its OK and served all the food I ordered. I told him to just give me one shawarma and I will leave but he served me all the items that I ordered including the ice cream and behaved so well like they do to any other customer. I was amazed to see that kind of a sweet gesture. The food and the ambience was really really good and above all the staffs behavior as well. Unfortunately I forgot to ask the name of the person who attended me.

Em Sharif perfectly positioned in Downtown Dubai brings together the highest levels of service, atmosphere, esthetic and taste, creating what I describe as my new spot: a pleasing mix of delicious food and prices, while welcomed warmly by staff made me feel like I belonged. 🌞I ordered a mix of Shashuka, Lentil salad with pomegranate, hummus and vegetable sticks, making for a lovely respite from New Years Eve, and a space calm engagement with my friends. 👥While I felt the Shashuka itself was more egg than tomato, overall, an amazing experience, one I highly recommend and that I will be repeating in the future.👍

Great location and service. I like the food but not all the people. The servers are good but not the upper management. Tells you something about arrogance and taking costumers for fractured. Youll find some need authentic Lebanese good but not authentic experience. I hope theyll read this and respect their employees more.

The food is really nice. But there are about 2-3 waiters per table: two bring the plates from the kitchen and only 1 is allowed to serve it to the customers. A very weird set-up and the staff discusses service in front of the customers and there is the owner always looking around and micro-managing? If staff would be more relaxed, it would have been a less stressful experience.

Great location right in the heart of the city (exceptional views of downtown and Burj Khalifa). The food was good - I was pleasantly surprised by the bamya which I would highly recommend! Extra points for the service and atmosphere.

Tried it for dinner, the food is really good and fresh. Service is attentive.Manager came to ask for our feedback and comments which we appreciated.Tried the Kunafa and banana pudding for dessert, they could be a little better.They have a valet service which is very important for their location, but its only one person handling the cars and there are no signs so a bit difficult to find.Overall good experience.

This place is amazing! We stayed for a week in Dubai and had dinner here THREE times! Amazing food and amazing service. One of the best places weve been too in Dubai and also one of the best meals we have had generally. A very friendly atmosphere too. We love it !! We thank Moatassem, our server for being so kind and serving us. We also thank Elias and Alaa, two of the managers, for reserving us our table every night. Thanks to the chefs too for serving us the delicious food. Hope this review makes you visit this place too!!

Some of the best Lebanese food Ive tried in Dubai... Lives up to the reputation. The full bar is also quite a good perk...Parking is terrible though, but its not their fault.

Overall nice experience. Food is ok, no many options, at the end of the day it’s a café more than a restaurant. Shisha is acceptable but not the best. A bit on the higher side price wise. Simple presentation, I liked the original plates and the dinnerware.

Not recommended.Average food and expensive for what you get. We went for the Iftar menu and 6 out of 10 people felt sick after. The manager call the next day to see if we had a good time and after we told him about what happened he promise to invite us again but never heard from him again.

I had ice tea. Unfortunately, it caused me a very bad heartburn and acidity to my stomach. Coming from Texas, Ice tea is our national soft drink and when something like this happens you know the used product was very cheap quality and not made the right way. Service is not good , expensive and they need to learn more custom and respect strategies, location is good, restaurant design is not that much but acceptable , they have brand name but its match my expectations and they have to understand they are in the down town of dubai , so their standard has to be beyond expectations

I tried um sherif restaurant in the address hotel before it was closed, Now with the new concept of the CAFE style its completely a downgrade to the quality of food and service a customer was getting back in the restaurant, i hope the owners reopen the Restaurant concept back again.

I don’t know why people keep giving this place bad reviews. I was so happy I didn’t listen to the reviews online. This place OOOZES LUXURY. The staff are with you 110% ; before you even think about asking for something, they bring it for you. The food quality, plates, cutlery and everything is top notch luxury and of excellent quality. This was a super fine dining experience in a relaxed setting. Lebanese food at its finest. Can’t wait to go back

Super restaurant on the boulevard.food is very tasty..i highly recommend the warak enab, bakleh fatayer and hommous. Tawouk and Kafta are superb too.the team is very nice and will do their best to ensure you have an enjoyable experience.we got our food super fast.we will back for sure !
