This company only treat u nicely when getting you to sign the contract and once you decided to not renew, theyll drop you like a bomb... Dont be fooled by their promises...

Really disappointed, before signing the contract they are the best landlords , but after moveout from there , we will not get security deposit back after paying huge rent for the whole year , they will deduct large amount for minor things .

They use every word in the contract they draw up at the time of moving in to their advantage. fleece their tenants and do not take the personal situation into account. worst customer service and threats that cause mental hassle. they are not good tenants for residential

Not sure why so many negative reviews, but from my experience AWR was the best landlord since we are in Dubai. We lived for two years in Bayt Al Safa which is one of the best buildings we lived in. What is the most important, we got our deposit back up to last dirham, had great management in the building and got a very good discount due to COVID-19. Thank you AWR.

I am really disappointed with total unprofessional approach of the company. I have been dealing with them for last 30 days , unfortunately they fail to every commitment. My confirmed booking was denied at last moment , further given an Option to move in to other Flat also is not supported. No communication from office to building security and tenant request is never followed. Even a tenant is personally visiting their Office , but Manager does not have time to meet. Totally unprofessional approach ever seen by any Real estate company.

Extremely Poor Customer service that doesnt comply with Dubai Standards. Customer rights/Complaints are always neglected. My deposit refund is pending since 50 days, and Ive been contacting them including dep. Manager without a single response!
