This company is the worst ever. I have nothing buy empty promises since we committed to buying an apartment. Now that its under handover- and were already paying the mortgage - they have still to open the building and hand over keys.They do not respond to emails or answer the phonAvoid using this company. Unless you want disappointment.

Their customer service is the worst you will deal with ever. In the begging everything will look smooth but later on you will face1. Responses with attitude from the customer service and management (i faced specific situation with one of the top management directly after paying the downpayment - and move situation are reoccurring with the customer service team)2. Not responsive to emails3. When calling the customer always you will get the answer of “when the concerned person is back from break they will call you back” but you will never get a call back unless you call again and again until you find the person availableOverall, if you deal with green group expect to face the worst customer service

Amazing experience... project finishing and quality is above par.. moreover the team and management is understanding and cooperative...in fact they are the only developers I know of who have refunded the deposit to those who couldn’t pay for the apartment due to pandemic related job losses... highly recommended developer..

I recently bought a penthouse unit off-plan from Green Group and so far I am very satisfied. The whole team has been exceptionally friendly and professional.They explained well and detailed the project and the pros and cons of the investment.They did not put any pressure at all on me to finalize the purchase.I had all the necessary time to make up my mind and now Im guided in depth through the administrative process of buying in the UAE.The solar powered project Signature Livings is a fantastic, sustainable and forward thinking project, great amenities, high quality finishing, smart home technologies and maximum use of the space.So far Im overall happy and recommend Green Group.

Site visitation with client was very satisfactory. Lots of enhancements done without any extra charges to the buyer.Mainly:-High efficient glass to protect from UV rays and Infrared and also to keep it cool inside without compromising quality of light.-Self washed garbage chutes-Door Handles-Counter tops and kitchen island from glossy to Matt-Installment of FAHU Fresh Air Handling units for clean purified air quality for health and safety in the apartments *as well as the basement parking of the building* .A feature of 5 star hotels.-Insects free drainage system-Soundless ventilation-Mobile door bells-Mobile integrated Top Brewer installation in lobbies-Highest efficient LED lights-Organic building paint.-Access panels without finger prints- Ensuring 5g signals in every part of building *including the basement*- Maintainence of all the planter boxes for the apartments in the courtyard.Overall a developer which stands by its name Green and delivers more than expected.

After Ive put the downpayment the company provided poor customer service with limited information on any basic updates.But they have managed to make up for that and provide me with exceptional after sale service that enabled me to reach my second milestone of DLD payment.Albeit there is no update on the delayed inspection date, due to unforseen circumstances, the group has proven to reflect better customer service standard.

Property quality looks great - still waiting for handover though. Some delays in handover which is still with the range of expected delays. My first sales manager was very helpful, professional, and proactive. He made the process extremely smooth. But after he left the company customer service has been absolutely atrocious - very hard to get them on a phone call, whatsapp, or email. When I manage to connect with them, they have not been responding or have been dodging responding to basic queries about the property and the steps to finalize the process, providing incomplete and invalid information (and acknowledging the information is invalid when I challenged them). Very frustrating.

The best quality of finishing and amenities. Outdoor squash court and coffee machine on reception is best part in Signature Living project.

In JVC we have more than 85 Developers who are giving the best quality product with the easiest payment plans, but i have found the best building Signature Livings by Greens Developer to invest, with the most affordable and easy payment plan, and about the quality I felt its the best in all new buildings.
